This Hotel is what you expect but usually never get. From the moment we arrived every employee and hotel experience was amazing. I am usually questioning 5 Star ratings but this Hotel was above and beyond.

It’s been my experience that the Four Seasons globally attract the best staff, and this location was no exception. Everyone we encountered was amazing. From the front desk, to the breakfast servers, to the guys at the front door, everyone was super friendly. It felt like they were genuinely excited to see us as we came and went and asked about what we did that day. Our room was lovely. The ceiling were probably 15 feet high, making it feel very spacious. The air conditioning was great (not always a sure thing in England!) and so quiet. It felt like we were the only people staying at the hotel it was so quiet. Also, I think we saw 1 child the entire visit, which for me is a huge plus! The location was great, the Tower Hill tube station was very close to the hotel and made getting around London very easy. The hotel is literally across the street from the Tower and a 5 minute walk to the Tower Bridge.

Just spent the weekend at The Four Seasons, Trinity Square. Total luxury and the staff went over and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time. Highly recommended it

As the last customers in the restaurant, we were completely forgotten. We had menus delivered and waited to place the dessert order for over half an hour. We eventually ran out of conversation and gave up waiting. We had to go to hotel reception to ask for the bill. They'd already apologised for a dreadful mistake in the online booking. But 'Why Oh Why?' are we too English to smile and accept the automatic service charge?

This is why when travelling for Business in and around the City of London, this hotel with it's exceptional Team and amazing surroundings are the perfect location.
