Great location and great housekeeping
Location is great with easy walking to Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Westminster and Parliament. Daily replenish of bottled water is very helpful. The bottled water is in glass bottle, not the usual cheap plastic. I guess it says something about the luxury level. Room is nicely decorated and very clean. Separate rooms of toilet from shower makes it time saving for two of us. Bed is very comfortable. I especially want to highlight the housekeeping. They did a very good job keeping our room clean and neat for 4 nights. On check-out, I left my glasses and only realized it coming home to Boston. Communication with the hotel has been prompt and clear. Housekeeping located it and is sending it to me across the pond. (Haven't received yet, but I believe it's on the way.) Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff response to our requests are great.

Best Hotel and location!
Best hotel in London! This was our third stay and it always provides outstanding customer service and clean rooms. The hotel is immaculate and the history of the hotel and art work is amazing. The hotel is located in Westminster and is walking distance to everything. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a great bathroom w/great water pressure in the large walk in shower. Can not recommend this hotel enough! It is definitely our favorite hotel and our number one hotel in London.

There are far better 5* hotels in London - for less money.
We'd paid for a King Deluxe Balcony Room - there was nothing deluxe about it. The room was really small - a balcony overlooking a fire escape and just not what I would expect and am used to from 5* hotels in London.

Perfect location and great stay!
Truly amazing experience! Hotel was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Surrounded by dead plants!
The location of the hotel is great. However, the hotel is certainly not a five star experience. We had a balcony room. The room was tiny to the point where we had to squeeze past each other to get around it. The balcony was fine except it looked very dirty and every plant surrounding the balcony was dead. The Restaurant is very limited in terms of menu and in my view not suitable for a hotel with so few dining options. When checking out I expressed my displeasure however there was no response other than they will tell somebody about it. I refuse to pay the additional service charge which was over £20 a day. iI you like the location stay here but otherwise I would suggest there may be better options
