Perfect score across the board! I am so happy my husband and I changed our minds and booked this hotel. We were originally set to stay at the Hyatt Regency, but I had a last-minute change of heart — and wow, I’m glad I did. From the moment we stepped out of our Uber, the service was exceptional. Constantine greeted us with genuine warmth and attentiveness, and a huge thank you to Kane for accommodating our early check-in request. Every staff member we’ve encountered has been thoughtful, professional, and detail-oriented. The hotel itself is stunning. Our room is immaculate — spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches. The amenities absolutely blew us away… including the heated toilet seat and warm bidet water (a game changer!). The lighting is great, everything feels luxurious, and the cleanliness is top-tier. We also loved the vibe at the speakeasy, Sibin — especially the live music on Thursdays and Fridays. Such a cool, intimate atmosphere. We’re looking forward to spending the rest of our stay here and will definitely return on future visits. Five stars in every category!

A great location. Excellent services. We got there late and the staff was very helpful. We got an upgrade to the room and loved our room with a balcony. Would stay there again.
