great stay, everyone was excellent.
Great location and room was very nice, lobby is great also. Housekeeping was excellent and even cleaned our room after we stayed late enough to miss it.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. They staff was beyond helpful. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to London. The best part of the hotel was the heated toilet seats because it was very chilly outside.

Pros: Second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are wonderful though smallish, and breakfast is superb. Chef is terrific. Cons: Expensive, exclusive, snooty.

Amazing stay with great staff!
Perfect stay for people visiting London for the first time! We were able to visit all the main attractions with ease and since we are early birds being able to explore London around 6Am was a nice experience to have most of the attractions to ourselves and due to location it was ways to arrive. The rooms were big enough for us and the beds were so comfy and we fell asleep so easily. Easily would come back if I cook! Just to note they collect £100/Night which I could not find on their site so just be aware but get every cent back after checkout!
