Great Scotland Yard Hotel London

This is a four star hotel offering four star service. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Expect hello’s and good morning’s and welcome back’s. The food at breakfast was extraordinary and better than the typical fair you find at hotel breakfasts. We also had a great experience getting a night cap and late night dessert at the bar one evening. The rooms are soundproof and quiet. It looks recently remodeled or otherwise very well kept. The location is central to every main attraction one would want to see in London and short distance walk to multiple tube lines.

Fantastic location and wonderful service from all staff. So much history associated with this location, don't miss the 40 Elephants restaurant and bar.

Great Scotland Yard Hotel is a wonderful find — small, quiet, and full of character. The staff are incredibly guest-focused and super friendly, which made the stay feel extra special. The food and beverage outlets are warm, charming, and of exceptional quality — some of the best I’ve experienced in London. The location is unbeatable. Just steps from Trafalgar Square, you’re within easy walking distance of Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, The London Eye, Covent Garden, the theatre district, and countless museums and galleries. A perfect mix of charm, comfort, and convenience. I can’t wait to return!
