Great Scotland Yard Hotel London

What an amazing hotel! So fun and fancy, with a cool history. The best part was the amazing service from the friendly and fun staff! The room was so comfortable and calming, amazing lighting and bathroom amenities. And such a comfortable bed!! Omg.

Great hotel, location, cleanliness and professional, but welcoming staff. Was there on business and had the Grace and Favours conference room for the 2 weeks which was perfect for what we needed. Steve the events manager was great, very helpful. I had a room free room upgrade the first week which was nice, however the second week in a more standard room was equally as nice, apart from the internal atrium style view. Food was good, staff very attentive, nothing was to much bother

Just returned from a lovely dinner at Ekstedt the Great Scotland Yard Hotel. Beforehand, my friend and I had the most wonderful cocktail experience ever. Fresh squeezed juices and excellent preparation. Something very special. Thank you Kyran, Marco and Sibin for making such a simple event like getting a pre dinner drink an extraordinary experience.

From the moment I arrived at Great Scotland Yard, the warmth of the welcome was unmistakable. Gabriel and Indranil truly stood out as service professionals. The property demonstrated flexibility and coordination around my arrival and departure times. Travel logistics can often be stressful, and Gabriel's proactive effort to ensure convenience and ease made a meaningful difference. It did not go unnoticed. Perhaps most appreciated was the extra attention shown to my own guests. A group of friends met me at GSY after a long flight. Indranil and his team was proactive and made sure my group had a nibble and drink waiting for them upon arrival. He also made sure we had plenty of linens, for each guest to take a quick shower. All his efforts ensured our football trip started on the right foot, with everyone in a good mood. The hospitality extended to them reflected not only professionalism, but heart. I can't wait to return to the GSY in just a few days time to wrap up my trip. The staff there truly are special.

Wonderful two night break - customer service was first class; excellent room; very good breakfast included and a perfect location with Westminster and central London on the doorstep. Yes it was more expensive than we’d usually pay, but it was worth it!! Thanks to all staff for making us feel so welcome.
