I’d go back again tomorrow.
Wonderful boutique hotel. Great location in central London within walking distance of much that most want to see and do. Beautifully restored and remodeled historic building whose design details and furnishings are a fascinating story themselves. Great bar and food. Among the wonderful staff, special shoutout to Mohammed, who goes by “Mo.” He’ll give you a hotel tour, call you a cab, and give you a goodbye hug.

Great Hotel with excellent customer service. Staff very polite and respectful and caters to customers needs. Don't forget to enjoy their secret SPEAKEASY experience. Kyran and Kunal are asset to Hyatt. Loved it!

Best front desk staff ever. Great hotel in great location.
As soon as we arrived we were directed to the front desk and greeted with mint water. Indranil made sure we were aware of the surrounding area and got us to our room quick and easy. Great service for a great hotel with cozy rooms and a perfect location.Little things go a long way but the front desk staff here was truly the best we've had

Great London Stay
This is a very charming hotel in a great location with wonderful staff. The hotel is cozy. The rooms are on the small size, but that in no way impacted our stay. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend.
