Feel like royalty at Hotel Cafe Royal
We are ending our amazing experience at Hotel Cafe Royal tomorrow morning and I feel so sad. In all our travels over the years, we have never experienced both the luxury AND the degree of service and commitment in making their guests have the most special experience possible. The concierge team is truly remarkable. They made us feel like Royalty daily. Nothing was a problem. Always wanting to help and satisfy. Kudos to Giuseppe and Abdelhak for their daily suggestions and directions to these 2 guests who knew nothing about the tube. But a special thanks to Rene Castillo who went above and beyond in solving a problem that I had with lost prescription medication bottles. This man brought me to tears in helping me remedy the situation. The beauty, the amazing food and service in the hotel, the room which was magnificent with the large bathtub which relieved my aches and pains….this hotel is a must for anyone who wants the whole package in a luxury hotel. I will cherish our experience here always!!!

Fabulous stay at Hotel Cafe Royal.
I stayed for one night with friends in this fabulous hotel. My experience as per my previous visits was outstanding. Check-in was effortless and efficient. Our room was immaculate and had everything we could ever need. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide menu selection. Throughout my stay, all the staff were friendly, happy, and approachable. Thank you once again.

What an Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with extremely professional, friendly and welcoming team from the door staff, reception and housekeeping. The rooms were beautifully kept, the beds were a dream to sleep in and the communal areas were a delight with amazing attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and a fabulous choice on the menu. We had a lovely time and thank you for making us feel so special and welcome.

Lovely visit once again
Yet another stay at Cafe Royal that did not disappoint. Great reception and service throughout from front of house to housekeeping. Room was absolutely spotless, turn down service is just lovely and smiles and offer of assistance from staff throughout is appreciated. Always feel special with everyone going that extra mile. Will be back for sure 💯

Amazing First class Service
This hotel and staff went above and beyond on customer service. First class all the way from the front staff, managers, concierge and security. Couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommend !! The perfect central location to get everywhere in London.
