Treated myself to an Afternoon Tea, in The Grill Room, (the space is very ornately decrated) after doing my last bit of Christmas shopping! Staff lovely and attentive and took my coat and extra bag to their cloakroom, saved having to make sure I didn't have to make sure bag was tucked away under table to prevent and trips. Just the right amountto eat so that I didn't leave in a food coma! Two lovely glasses of Verve Cliquot Rosé champagne. Even had a little plate with a candle and 'Congratuations' piped on the plate to celebrate my final shopping trip! I didn't feel that I had to rush and could have spent the rest of the day there! Arrived around half twelve (although table booked for 13.15) and left just after three. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

As three adult women traveling for a girls' weekend, we were absolutely delighted with our stay at Hotel Cafe Royal. From the moment we arrived, the experience was extraordinary. This hotel will now be our go-to choice whenever we visit London. The service was exceptional (special thanks to Ricardo, Hiu, Mustafa, and the entire concierge team for their outstanding service, as they warmly greeted us each and every time we stepped foot into the lobby). The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The room was luxurious and spacious (we had a junior suite that easily accommodated three adults). The spa was a perfect place to spend a rainy morning, and the afternoon tea should be on your list to experience (we were so full towards the end that we couldn't even make it to the last course, so they kindly sent the remaining food up to our room in the most beautifully displayed way). Our experience was elevated by the expertise of the concierge team. Their dinner and show recommendations were flawless, and they handled our last minute requests with ease. The hotel is easily reachable from LHR via the tube, with a stop located right outside the entrance. The location is perfect for sightseeing and those who want an area full of great restaurants and bars. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our trip unforgettable. We are already looking forward to our return.

Just like the name we felt like royalty It was all luxury and cozy. The treatment was as though we were princesses in a royal palace. It was an experience I loved!! I can't wait to go back!!!

First time ever at a five star hotel and it met all expectations. The room was spacious, perfectly furnished, and outfitted with the latest technology. The staff refreshed your room every morning and the turn down service was fabulous. The staff accommodated every need - with the doormen offering you umbrellas, water, transport, etc. The only complaint was that they need another bar because the Green Bar is very small. - they used to have a Ziggy Stardust bar but unfortunately that is now a private event space.

We’ve just completed our third or fourth stay at Café Royal London, and once again, it felt like a seamless return to comfort, refinement, and quiet luxury. Perfectly positioned between Mayfair and Soho — with Regent Street and Piccadilly just steps away — the location is ideal for both exploration and retreat. Close to all London musicals, this time, we attended Oliver! a wonderful show that added to the magic of our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite, beautifully appointed and thoughtfully maintained. The hotel is impeccable — elegant, consistent, and always reassuring. Upon arrival, we indulged in a massage at the Akasha Spa, a ritual we’ve come to cherish. The pool became part of our daily rhythm, and the gym — spacious and impressively equipped — added to our sense of well-being. Breakfast was generous and delicious, though not included. We also dined once at the Grill, which offered a refined and memorable evening. The service throughout was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Café Royal has become a touchstone in our London travels. We always know what to expect, and what we expect is excellence. We’ll definitely return.
