We had a wonderful stay at The Kensington. The hotel was clean with nice rooms and accommodations. Overall, it was a great atmosphere in a perfect location. The staff was exceptional. Pavel, Gurcan and the rest of the concierge, door, dining, service and management staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They could not have been nicer. It was the best hotel staff we have ever had the pleasure to experience. We highly recommend The Kensington to anyone visiting London.

Probably the best hotel in London. If Carlsberg made hotels......
We stayed at The Kensington this weekend, when we were at the Albert Hall to see Last night of the Proms. We had a great room, some lovely cocktails and a superb breakfast. Got to be the best hotel in London. The Kensington is our favourite hotel. Just amazing, and an amazing team. It’s those little things like a number of the team having Les Clefs d’Or golden keys. Levi (I think that is his name – Hungarian waiter/manager – lovely chap) showed us the little outside/inside table – we loved it. This is a boutique hotel. Not small, but not enormous. Just right. I love the decor inside, and I adore the tiffany blue cups that they have. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's the way that hotels should be. Personable, helpful, friendly etc

A most pleasant surprise
We were amazed at the level of service at this hotel. The people were professional, and hospitable. The room was quite comfortable and the food was quite good. We loved the neighborhood, especially the hotels proximity to parks, museums, the tube, and restaurants.

The staff at The Kensington were very helpful, friendly and knew our names when we entered the lobby. They went above and beyond during both of stays.

Awesome Hotel and Staff
Incredibly great hotel. Perfect location and very close to the Tube for easy access around the city. Staff at the hotel is amazing and one staff member is over the top GREAT (Harvey). Get with Harvey and he can answer anything you need to know. We will definitely be back.
