40th Wedding Anniversary weekend at the Kensington
We stayed for 4 nights at the Kensington. The hotel is so lovely. It's what you would envision when thinking of a London hotel. Our room was beautiful. We felt like we were back in the day when hotels really cared about making you feel special. The staff was very friendly and made our stay extra special. Thank you, Thomas, for all the anniversary goodies in our room.

Really nice hotel and room
Really enjoyed our stay here, from start to finish we had a pleasant experience our only gripe was we Had an issue with the mattress ,which was lower at the headboard which felt like you were sleeping with your feet above your head ... nice bar and good service all round .

5 Stars isn’t enough!
We visited the Kensington to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful hotel would highly recommend. A couple of big thank you’s to Chandan in the restaurant who was so nice and made the night even more special. She was super helpful and made us laugh, even sang happy birthday to my wife! Also thank you to Harvey on the front concierge who couldn’t have been more helpful, a true gent! Thank you for such a great experience I’ll definitely be back!

A beacon in South Kensington
In an area filled with many small luxury boutique hotels, the Kensington remains one of the very safe values, where I like to go back regularly over the years. Well equiped rooms, nice decoration and very friendly service make a difference, not mentioning the fantastic breakfast served at the table, which I so much prefer over a buffet.
