The Kensington

Had a great time here with my lady making us feel taken care of, while at their hotel. Amazing breaksfast in stunning surroundings

A nice little gem in Kensington from the reception to restaurant. Wonderful staff and exceptional food. We had carpaccio of beef that was excellent and the black cod as good as you get including sheekeys. Because there has been slide in standards in a lot of hotels this stands out as having bucked that trend. The bar is how I like them cosy and clubby with a very knowledgeable manager Rajh who was also excellent. But not obsequious. Please keep it up and we will definitely be back Michael and Pam

We had such a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location, has a neighborhood feel. Walking distance to museums, restaurants, and shopping but away from the busy tourist areas. The beds were so comfy, beautiful heavy drapes to keep out the light. Lovely breakfast each morning in the dining room. The staff is so friendly and helpful. If I go back to London, I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, The Kensington made us feel at home. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly—going above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming décor and an atmosphere full of thoughtful details. While waiting for our room, we were served a lovely tea. When we were shown upstairs, we discovered fresh flowers, fresh fruit, and a handwritten welcome card waiting for us. The room was stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was something we truly looked forward to. The food was delicious, and the presentation—right down to the beautiful china—reflected the hotel’s wonderful attention to detail. We originally stayed three nights before heading to The Cotswolds for a wedding. When we returned to London, we had planned to stay closer to the airport, but our experience at The Kensington was so outstanding that we chose to return instead. It was one of the highlights of our London trip. As Americans visiting London, we can honestly say there is no other place we would consider staying. The Kensington is a gem, and we hope to return again and again.

Hotel was first class from start to finish. Nnamdi greeted our children with macaroons and playful spirit. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Room arrangements with two joined rooms was perfect. Breakfast has a wide variety and greet food and service. All around spectacular hotel. Would highly recommend.
