Reviews for The Kensington

The bestt Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

From the moment we arrived, Daisy and Thomas Keating made our stay truly exceptional. They remembered our names, went out of their way to provide thoughtful extra amenities, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We booked a king room and were upgraded upon availability — the room was stunning, with a freestanding bath in the middle and a beautiful view from the window. Everything was impeccably clean, easy to find, and perfectly arranged. The public spaces were warm and inviting, spotless, and smelled lovely. Breakfast was a highlight — the pancakes with maple syrup were amazing, the warm croissants went down a treat, and room service was fast and beautifully presented. Fast, friendly, and attentive service throughout made every meal and interaction a pleasure. Saying goodbye was the hardest part leaving such lovely staff, especially Daisy and Thomas Keating, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, was truly bittersweet. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our wedding stay

We had the most amazing experience at the hotel for two nights across our wedding get away. The hotel were so friendly and helpful. They did so much to make it special for us on the actual wedding day and we are so grateful to them.

One of the best stays in London

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

If you want to stay upscale in London, I can't recommend The Kennsington enough. The location and the staff are top notch. And the food is on par with the property. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Pay to money for the breakfast, it's worth every penny.

A London treasure!

The Kensington is a wonderful hotel, with excellent service, beautiful rooms, bar and restaurant, all within an elegant townhouse, which feels like a home. And the perfect location for exploring London's museums, culture and finest neighbourhoods. Highly recommended!
