We stayed at Park Hyatt London for 5 nights as a family of ten to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Our stay peaked with the Wimbledon championship finals weekend and hotel was fully booked at 100% capacity. Nevertheless, PH London delivered meticulous service despite its full capacity. Our rooms were upgraded to suites and corner high floor to mark the celebration for my parents. Housekeeping was done twice promptly without being asked and the friendly staff did a wonderful job to keep our rooms super clean and tidy. Location wise, we found the property close to tube stations (within walking distance) and we appreciated that it is not too close to the London city center and yet we can easily get to the city center without much hassle. With our Globalist benefits, we enjoyed daily breakfast on premises and there were a wide variety to select to top off the buffet bar. The rooms were well-appointed and beds were very comfortable while our floors were surprisingly quiet with 100% capacity. The highlight of our trip ended with a note from the GM who acknowledged and thanked us for our detailed feedback which we submitted through the stay questionnaire (apparently the GM took time to review our feedback thoroughly). As someone who stayed in other PH properties worldwide, PH London is the closest in terms of its quality and service in comparison to PH Kyoto (which in my opinion, sets a very high bar for other Hyatt properties!). You will not regret your stay at PH London and we will be back when we are in London next time.

Beautiful property and friendly staff... unfortunately that isn't enough to make it worth the stay. The location is really not good if you are planning any site seeing in London, it's not walkable at all. The room-service was the worst food quality, flavor, and presentation I have ever experienced at a Hyatt property.... I would definitely avoid their food program until they get that fixed. It's about a 15-20 minute Uber ride to get anywhere worth going and there are very few food options nearby... This property is in more of an "up and coming" business/corporate neighborhood so pretty much no retail/shopping, tourist attractions, or entertainment anywhere nearby.

Physically a very stunning property. Location wise, we did not have any issues and actually preferred the more secluded/quiet location on the Thames. If you take the Uber Water Taxi, a stop is literally across the street from the hotel. Getting back to the hotel late at night did take a bit longer when transportation is more limited for less central locations. Rooms were physically well appointed and how I expected them to be for a Park Hyatt. Minor issue is the USB-C next to the bed did not work despite trying it multiple times. Service wise, it was a bit of a mixed bag. It was very unclear if my room had been upgraded since I booked through a travel advisor and Hyatt Prive rate. Additionally, the welcome letter stated a "welcome amenity" in the room but when I called down stating there was not one, no one seemed to understand. Bell staff was a sort of mixed bag as well, some were friendly while some did not seem overly keen to try and help or make simple conversation when waiting. Additionally, getting a taxi seems to be a difficult task at this hotel and it's recommended to "use Bolt".... The pool and gym were very good with the pool being a true highlight of the hotel. Reception team at the spa were also phenomenal and welcoming, I had a quick treatment which was very relaxing. Breakfast was fine, with the staff meaning well...but it constantly seemed hectic with everyone rushing around which did not give off a calm feeling. Customer service though at check-out was really the saving grace, with the team there on 23 July really expressing concern about my lackluster stay and some of the service lapses. They really showed that they would work to address the concerns that I pointed out which I really appreciated.

Modern and luxurious hotel located by the river. It’s not exactly central but only a short walk to 2 underground stations and bus station so no problem for us. The pool and spa is really nice, even if it gets a bit noisy in the pool area if there are a lot of people. Food is good, try the Yum Cha at the Chinese restaurant. Rooms have all the modern tech you would expect from a newly built 5 star hotel. Breakfast is not a full buffet, but rather a limited continental buffet and then a choice of one hot dish from a menu, which was fine. Quality of food was excellent.

Beautiful new property, nice room and BF. Front desk staff was nice. Service could overall be better (took 3 follow-ups at BF to finally get Cappucino, Housekeeping requests took atleast one extra follow-up). The location is on the other side of River Thames from most tourist attractions, restaurants etc. Traffic can be bad in London and Tube (underground local train) is a good option (10 min walk from hotel). There are other nice properties more centrally located at this price point or even lower for 5* luxury hotels in London.
