Park Hyatt London River Thames

Beautiful new property, nice room and BF. Front desk staff was nice. Service could overall be better (took 3 follow-ups at BF to finally get Cappucino, Housekeeping requests took atleast one extra follow-up). The location is on the other side of River Thames from most tourist attractions, restaurants etc. Traffic can be bad in London and Tube (underground local train) is a good option (10 min walk from hotel). There are other nice properties more centrally located at this price point or even lower for 5* luxury hotels in London.

I wanted to thank the PH London team for a most wonderful week at your fabulous property! The PH London hits all the high notes and exceeds all of my expectations of the Hyatt's flagship brand: we arrived with high expectations of the signature Park Hyatt treatment, and even though this was our first stay, were showered with the warmth and welcome reserved for long-time guests. New and sparkling hotels (like yours!) become legendary establishments when they differentiate themselves through their soul, which is the people who work in them, and I can see the Park Hyatt London is on its way to becoming one of them. The property is amazing - the rooms and public spaces are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I am especially impressed by the small touches in the room - B&O portable speakers, Japanese toilets, stylish and functional furniture - which has made my relatively long stay a very comfortable one. The fitness floor with its state-of-the-art gym (good enough for the world heavyweight champion when I was in residence!) and welcoming pool is a rare gem in densely built London. And the views of the Thames from the room and many parts of the hotel are a sight for sore eyes. The team is consistently outstanding: + The front desk reception team is always cheerful and helpful - welcoming and sending us off with genuine warmth in equal measure. + Idris from the concierge team is a hotel guest's dream come true: unassumingly knowledgeable, helpful to a fault and anticipating one's needs before they are articulated - kudos! + Every morning at the busy breakfast restaurant, I have found refuge in the calm and accommodating service provided by Isabella and Saveen, as well as the very professional and efficient lady in the suit (she looks like the manager or assistant manager).  + Pedro from housekeeping was very persistent in resolving an issue - demonstrating patience found in a saint. Finally, despite my initial reservations, I really like the location of the property. It is a short stroll from the multitude of dining and shopping options at the Battersea Power Station and multiple Tube stations, always felt safe (I guess the proximity to the US Embassy helps!), and a short taxi/Uber ride to all of London's attractions, but is nestled in the calm and serenity of the Nine Elms 'hood. The best of all worlds! Congratulations on this magnificent property - we can't wait to be back next week, and for many years thereafter!

My wife and I completed a week-long stay and this hotel delivered in every way. As others have mentioned, as a brand new hotel, it is in great shape. From the public artwork to that in the rooms, there are high end touches throughout. The room itself is high end and high tech, the curtains and lights are all controlled via wall panels, each room has a Nespresso machine, and during a London heat wave, the air conditioning worked flawlessly. I found all of the employees to be friendly and accommodating in an unobtrusive way. This was especially true with Sophie at the spa. She helped my wife and I arrange a couples massage that included a last minute date and time change. She could not have been more accommodating. The massage itself was wonderful and the spa facilities excellent, although there are no steam rooms or a hot tub, but the pool is as incredible as the photos make it look. The globalist breakfast benefit was wonderful, it saved a lot of money and the options were plentiful. I also really appreciated the ability to have breakfast delivered via room service with only a delivery charge. The globalist breakfast options are far more than generous enough to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters, and as mentioned you can take it in the restaurant or via room service. As far as location, the hotel doesn't describe itself as being in the heart of London so just know where you are staying. Personally, we liked being a bit out of the hustle and bustle of central London, but less than a 5 minute walk to two separate tube stations. Getting into central London took 10 minutes. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to Battersea Power Station and Park in about 20 minutes, that's a great redeveloped area with so many shops and restaurants. My only minor complaint is that our room was not ready until after 5pm. Granted, we used an SUA, which upgraded us to a wonderful suite and the globalist prior to us used a late checkout. The suite was well worth the wait and we were offered complimentary tea in the bar/lounge. I'm surprised that the hotel isn't ranked higher up on the list as I certainly didn't notice any bugs still being worked out.

The room was very modern and comfy. View was great despite it was on 3rd floor. Very friendly staff members making your stay even more worth. I enjoyed swimming indoor pool in the morning and had breakfast at nine elm restaurant boost me up first day in London. This was my first trip to London and staying a night here gave me a good impression of London.

Stunning property right on the Thames! The product is gorgeous a beautiful clean and smart design and wonderful art and sculptures throughout the hotel. The staff is friendly, welcoming and genuine. The room was so comfortable as was the bed. I love the bathroom and separate toilet room area, floor to ceiling windows and hardwood floors. The gym was spotless and had all of the latest equipment and amenities like cold towels, healthy snacks and a water machine. Was only there one night but would definitely return for a longer stay next time.
