We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel last week. The hotel itself is beautiful - the decor is modern and luxurious while the staff was warm and welcoming. The views of the Thames were lovely. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel at this time - but as another reviewer mentioned earlier - I'm sure that when all this construction wraps up and all the upgrading of the general area has been completed - this hotel will remain a standout in an up and coming location to be in London. While yes, it is across the Thames from a lot of the more touristy locations - it is only a 20 minute walk to the Westminster area in one direction and the Battersea area in the other direction - with lots of restaurants and shopping and Battersea Park. The area along the water just outside the hotel has lots of great options for sunset drinks and dinner. The Tube strike while we were there did not allow us to experience the convenience of the nearby stations - but I'm sure that when the Tube is running - everything that you would want to reach in London is easily accessible! Then you can come home at night to the luxury of a river view and a more quiet night's sleep! The room itself was gorgeous and large by London standards. There were many amenities including the obligatory London umbrella, robes, slippers, top notch toiletries and one of my favorites - as I age - a magnifying mirror in the bathroom! And this one even had a motion sensor so it lit up as you looked into it and went off on when you stepped away! Loved it! Having the toilet and second sink in the separate private water closet was such a nice design and so rare! The bedding was extremely comfortable and the remote control blackout shades and sheers was a nice touch. While the hard wood floors are beautiful and very high end - the only drawback was that we did notice when the guests or cleaning crews in the room above us were vacuuming or walking with heeled shoes or moving furniture? The only other comment is that there is a lack of drawer storage if you plan to unpack and stay a while. The lounge was also luxurious and had great service, small bites and cocktails! The spa was incredible. I had one of the best and most relaxing massages I have ever had. My therapist Kay was so nice and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had a relaxing spa afternoon. The pool is massive and the sauna and locker rooms were very nice - such a wonderful escape after lots of walking and stress of traveling. I cannot say enough about how accommodating everyone at the Spa was. The gym is also nice with a good space for yoga and floor exercises as well as 2 Pelotons and lots of other equipment.

Outstanding Hotel, service and Events Team. The hotel is an ideal position for both leisure and business purposes. Close enough to Vauxhall and Nine Elms tube stations, and the iconic Battersea building. The hotel is a true new gem.

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. It’s a new hotel and they seem to have spared no expense in construction, design and decor. It has large rooms, very modern fixtures, extra soft sheets and high end amenities in the bathroom. In addition, the entire staff is helpful and anxious to please.
