Some people might think that the Park Hyatt is 'out of the way' or not in a central location. My guess is that in 3-5 years time this whole area of London between Vauxhall Bridge and Battersea will have been completely rejuvenated and the Park Hyatt will still be the jewel in this particular neighbourhood. As it is, it's less than 10 minutes walk from Vauxhall and the new Nine Elms Stations, a 20 minute stroll along the river to Westminster one way and 15 minutes to the spectacular Battersea Power Station and Park beyond that, in the other direction. As to the hotel itself, simply stunning decor in the public rooms and bedrooms of all shapes, sizes and views with thoughtful and well designed features and amenities. This hotel has definitely been designed by people who actually stay in and use hotels! The staff were all exceptional - smartly turned out and eager to please. A special call out to Pedro of the Concierge team and Leon in the restaurant who went above and beyond. We enjoyed a dinner and also breakfasts in the Nine Elms restaurant. The food was excellent, my only niggle was that at breakfast the (very good tasting coffee) took an age to come. They need to get another machine! Although we didn't have a spa treatment we used the pool....an amazing size for a hotel in central London. All in all a fabulous hotel where we had a fabulous time....would thoroughly recommend

I was slightly hesitant to stay in Nine elms purely because I had never been there before even though I am from London, the area is obviously having a rejuvenation, with fab buildings & hotels being built, the hotel is between nine elms station & Vauxhall so easy access for Victoria & northern line just a few minutes walk to either, we were greeted by very well presented professional & well informed doormen, checking in was professional and very smooth, the room was on the 14th floor overlooking the River Thames, the lift was so clean not even a finger print to be seen, that was the precedent set throughout this superb hotel, absolutely spotless, all staff we spoke with and encountered were impeccable, approachable, well informed & always willing to help, the cost of this hotel is on the upper side but worth it in my opinion, I did not use the pool or spa just because of my schedule I didn't have time I only stayed one night but wish I had stayed more, my only small criticism, the toilet is separate from the bathroom which is great however even though there is a sink to wash hands, there is no towel provided in the toilet, so once hands washed then to the bathroom for drying, breakfast was delicious and the whole layout is very well thought out, has lovely unrushed atmosphere, with very attentive staff, dinner in the bar, barman very attentive & knowledgeable, was also very well cooked and presented, room service offered 24 hours, fish and chips £21, the ambiance of this hotel is fab, modern & stylish ,all in all fab hotel and I hope to get the opportunity to stay here again!

I had high expectations of this hotel due to it being placed in one of the highest category in the Hyatt Group. Overall I really enjoyed my stay which was for business. The hotel is a bit out of the way for the main tourist attractions, but handy for Battersea PowerStation and Park area and is a short walk from Vauxhall tube station. Upon arrival I was given a room which appeared to not have been cleaned or occupied (towels on the floor, bed unmade, etc) so I had to go back to reception. To their credit they were very apologetic and upgraded me to a corner room on a high floor. It was a nice room with great views but definitely not for everyone. I did not like the fact that to access the bedroom, you must go through the bathroom. There is no reason for this that I can see, as at the end of the corridor leading from the hallway and main door, where the bedroom should be accessed is a wardrobe. If this was relocated to the current opening to the bedroom, one could access the bedroom directly from the hallway. It is not only strange but awkward - on two occasions my room service meals had to traverse the steamy bathroom! If booking this room I would recommend a view of the floorpan on the website to be sure you are happy with what you are getting. The view was a bit wasted on me as I am in London most weeks. Food was excellent, and the breakfast offering was very good. However the service at breakfast could be improved. It took a while to get a clean table, then cutlery, then someone to take my coffee order, etc. When on business this does not work as it's too slow. Staff seem overwhelmed at breakfast and I picked up on this, preferring to opt for room service which was excellent but I would have preferred a better service in the breakfast room. It is not clear if there is not enough staff or seating, but something didn't work. Concierge, bell man and reception, all excellent. I hope to stay again and make use of the pool as I did not have time.

I had a lovely 2-night stay with a beautiful view of the Thames. The hotel is in an exciting, up-and-coming part of London that feels fresh and modern. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet of fresh juices, pastries, and other items, plus the option to order one dish from the menu. One evening I used the complimentary car service to the theatre. It’s offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so there was a short wait, but it was such a thoughtful and generous benefit. Overall, service was very good throughout. While it may not yet be quite as polished as some of the more established Park Hyatts, the team was warm and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning!

We just finished an amazing 6 night stay. All the staff we dealt with were very warm and welcoming. The daily breakfast was incredibly good. The front desk, bell staff and breakfast and dinner staff all went out of their way to make this a very memorable visit.
