Our stay here was exceptional. To say the hotel was clean and well maintained is an understatement. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive! I cannot wait to go back.

We had a wonderful spa experience at the Park Hyatt calming place and spotless facilities. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and be well looked after. A special thank you to Louise at the spa, milena and tudor at concierge services for helping us with our parking!

Was excited to try out London's first Park Hyatt property. Took the 15-min Heathrow express from the airport to Paddington, then a 35 pound black cab to the hotel (30 mins). The location is near Vauxhall and the US Embassy, but otherwise very inconvenient to most parts of London. Due to construction and the placement of roads, in order to get to Vauxhall/Vauxhall Bridge, a car needs to take a 10-minute u-turn in the opposite direction so plan ahead. Within walking distance, I found some decent coffee shops (Sendero near the embassy, Black Sheep right in front) and the Market Food Hall at Vauxhall. Used a suite night upgrade into a Park Suite and received a River View Park Suite. The view from the 13th floor wasn't terribly good, mostly another building and an unimpressive view of the Thames and low buildings in London. The room is on the smaller side for a suite (~550 sq ft) and you can hear quite a bit of outside noise from traffic and construction. The room was comfortable and all the small touches were nice. The bathroom layout was a little frustrating, as the tub partially blocks your way in/out of the shower and water leaks out all over the bottom. Service was wonderful, from the front door staff to front desk, everyone in housekeeping and in the restaurant was pleasant. The Globalist breakfast includes the continental buffet (juices, coffees, pastries, bread, fruit, charcuterie, yogurt, and some hot items like scrambled eggs, beans, hashbrowns, and a breakfast meat) plus your choice of entree - rather substantial. The full English breakfast was almost repetitive from what you get in the continental so order something else. The other entrees (dim sum, wonton soup, french toast) were small portions and nothing stood out. Overall, a restful stay, inconvenient location, great service.

I have just completed my second multiple night stay at the Park Hyatt in London. It's a great property that is extremely modern. I had concerns about the location but it turns out that I enjoyed being away from much of the chaos. If I wanted to, I just went to the Battersea mall and it felt like its own little city. The added cost of uber rides into the center of town wasn't a big deal. Being a globalist really paid off as the breakfast was fantastic. I do have one complaint; getting coffee in the restaurant was like pulling teeth. A second or third cup was like winning the lottery. The in room coffee is not a solution for me. The spa is beautiful. The gym is definitely sufficient. The indoor pool is surprisingly nice. Room service had a glitch, but it was forgivable. Standard rooms are ok for solo travelers but the jr suite was fine for 2 people. Prior to this, I stayed at Firmdale properties but I think I've been won over.

Truly unbelievable hotel. 10/10 service, rooms, overall experience. The breakfast buffet is great, all staff are always ready to greet you & help with whatever you may need! Everyone we met was incredibly kind. The gorgeous rooms don’t hurt either!! Would recommend highly to anyone going to London!
