The hotel is lovely, everyone you pass is friendly and welcoming. Check in was smooth, upgraded to river view rooms. Nice decor and vibe Room lovely, no dressing table which I would have liked. Bathroom nice, shower was squeaking for some reason! Bar nice Has booked the Magic Table dinner, which we really enjoyed! Breakfast one of the best I'd had, only negative was the £5 charge if you wanted a smoothy Lots of roadworks going on around

In business you often hear, “our people are the difference.” It’s overused, but at the Park Hyatt London River Thames, it’s absolutely true. I had a fantastic week-long stay. The service was fast, warm, and consistently tailored; the room was high quality; the food was excellent; and the small touches throughout felt thoughtful and intentional. The spa experience was incredible, one of the highlights of the trip. The only practical note is location. It’s about a 30-minute walk (or roughly a 20-minute drive) to downtown and most nightlife, but it’s only about a 12-minute walk to Battersea Power Station, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall, the hotel is such a calm, polished retreat that it didn’t detract from my experience. Five stars. I'd gladly return.

Amazing and beautiful hotel with extraordinary service. This stay exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful modern hotel, let down by inconvenient location and construction in the area. The service was OK, but nothing special. The room was very nice, modern, spacious and beautifully appointed, but had a disappointing view to a construction site. The shower was accessible, which I didn't require, and the overall ambience of the bathroom was disappointing (e.g. cheap shower curtains of a budget hotel, limited sink counter space). Generally, I have higher expectations from Park Hyatt.

I'm a Globalist and we have stayed at other Park Hyatts around the world and this hotel fell a little short. The suite itself is ok but if you don't have a river suite, the view is pretty lackluster. We waited 45 minutes and called twice to ask someone to help show us how to operate the bath. This was pretty disappointing and a big waste of time. The doorman at night wasn't observant so didn't always open the door Overall, the service, except for housekeeping which was wonderful, was below expectations and compared to other Park Hyatt hotels. At this price point, service should be stellar but was only ok.
