Staff were so pleasant and helpful and just went the extra mile, consistently. My family felt very special. Thank you, I was concerned whether the hotel would really be able to live up to the Park Hyatt brand but had probably been my favourite hotel to stay around the globe. And the experience for my family was just wonderful. Thank you Park Hyatt team. From The Spa, to the food and beverage team to excellent housekeeping team. Nothing was too much trouble and they clearly wanted to ensure you were looked after. A really great experience.

Excellent service, great property, nice view of River Thames from room, definitely returning to see Kameliya, Crystal, Sami and Rhenia.

This is the best 5* experience I’ve had in London. Excellent staff and a superb hotel. I could not recommend this highly enough. Be aware the location will not suit everyone, but Exit 4 from Vauxhall tube is less than 2 minutes walk from the reception, and the Uber Boat (Thames Clippers) also just as convenient. You’ll get a lot less hotel for your money elsewhere in London. We had a corner room, which was very large, with a superbly equipped bathroom, separate WC, comfy giant bed, and plenty of space for working.

EVERYTHING about this hotel is 5 star next level! I researched all the Hyatts in London heavily and am so glad we chose here! It’s only one year old- and it’s absolutely stunning! Huge thanks to all the service staff. They are all wonderful. When you enter the hotel, enter the spa/gym, and even enter the hotel room- they make you feel like a Queen and King! It’s hard to even highlight one person because the entire staff stand out! EVERYONE is Amazing! That proves the consistency across as the board! Seriously thank you all so so much! The cleaning staff are also incredible because everything is top notch! We got upgraded to a river view… the music was on in the room.,, the light was beautiful… view phenomenal- and we def experienced the “wow” factor walking in! The design of the furniture is so thoughtful. Like they even have a beautiful leather little garbage can under the desk that matches the chairs, that matches the coasters - I’m telling you every detail of the Park Hyatt is intentional! Thanks to Daniel who was here from the Lisbon location helping out too. Just lovely. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful new hotel with great views and terrific service. Location is not particularly central, but it is a quick tube ride to most places you would want to go. Food was very good, nice gym, and a very friendly and helpful team. The price point, both for London and for a luxury hotel, was actually great. Only quibble, and this is something they can't do anything about, is the room layout. I was upgraded to a corner room and, while the views were great, the layout was very odd and unwieldy. The room opened up from the hallway directly into the bathroom - I have never seen this before - and it made getting room service or receiving friends a little uncomfortable as they walked through your bathroom into the room. Further, the toilet chamber is right next to the front door and the door opens into the room, as does the front door. If the bathroom door is left open when you leave the room, it effectively blocks the front door from opening, effectively working as a chain lock on the door - I nearly locked myself out one evening and had to reach into the room in order to try and move the bathroom door to gain entry. This may not bother some people, but I definitely would not want to be in that room again.
