We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely beautiful, the amenities are awesome, and the breakfasts were delicious. I would also like to specially mention Alexsandra at check-in, Isabella from the breakfast restaurant, Melana from the concierge service, and Sandra and Kamen from the lounge. I want to give a huge thank you to the housekeeping team as well—unfortunately, we never crossed paths to get their names, but they did an amazing job cleaning our room. Everyone provided top-notch service. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return. Thank you so much!"

We have stayed twice and had an excellent experience on both occasions. Rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, with good lighting, comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms (even the base rooms have a bathtub), although shower pressure was surprisingly poor. Noise insulation was very good. Housekeeping staff were pro-active and professional. Dining at Nine Elms Kitchen was a real standout. It’s an airy, light-filled space with high ceilings and a range of seating options for groups of different sizes. Breakfast was impressive (though the milk coffees were a little disappointing), with a range of high-quality options available from an a la carte menu, supplemented by a small buffet. We also ate lunch and dinner there, and the food was uniformly good. The location won't be to everyone's taste, but suited us well. We liked having easy access to Battersea Power Station (a short walk away), where our daughter enjoyed the Christmas rides. A river boat stop is just across the road (St George Wharf), and Vauxhall tube station is a couple of minutes away. There is a large Waitrose nearby, ideal for stocking up on essentials. There is a lot of construction in the area and it will presumably look a little more attractive once all the construction hoardings and road cones have been removed. Be aware that room layouts and dimensions appear to vary significantly within and between room types. Our favourite room was the king river view which we were allocated on our first stay. This faced roughly north-west across the river, and although it didn’t look out on any famous sights, it featured interesting, open views across the west-end through full-width floor-to-ceiling windows , and an abundance of natural light. There was plenty of room for a rollaway bed for our daughter. On our second stay we were “upgraded” to what we understood was the same room type on a higher floor. This time the room faced north, with views to Westminster and the London Eye, but the windows were not full-width (there was a large column down the middle which completely changed the feel of the room), there were multiple obstructions from nearby buildings (the famous sights were visible, but through the gaps), and the ceilings were higher, which we felt made the room feel a little colder and less cozy (obviously a highly personal view). It was still very comfortable and cozy, but we did prefer our previous room. A king high floor room which we reserved for a family member featured a similar design, while a corner room booked by another family party had an odd layout, with a long entry corridor leading to the bathroom, which then gave access to the bedroom. So this may be one of those hotels where the room experience can vary depending on both the room type you book and the specific room you are allocated - but the baseline standard of all rooms seems very high.
