This is our second stay in Peninsula .staying in Peninsula will never disappoint you .very nice hotel and beautiful atmosphere.The rooms are big with separate dressing room and huge bathroom .The location is superb and breakfast room is well decorated .I would like to thank Mohammed Rauf , Isaac , Lara and Felix for making our stay memorable

My wife and I recently returned to the Peninsula Hotel London for a 5 night stay. It began with the greeting at Heathrow airport and a very clam and relaxed journey to the hotel. As we were traveling from Sydney Australia it meant the usual early morning arrival. We cannot emphasise enough how wonderful the ‘Peninsula Time’ feature is. Upon arrival at the hotel we were immediately shown to our room and were able to set ourselves up for the week ahead. When considering a 5 star hotel in London, the flexible check in time offered by the Peninsula is the 1st thing to consider when comparing properties. Our room. By any standards the room / suite is large and perfect for a short or long stay. The view from our lounge area was out across Wellington Arch and it was a pleasure to watch London glide through its day. The walk in wardrobe dressing area is an example of intelligent design. All of your luggage and clothes have a home of their own which can be closed off from the rest of the suite. Directly opposite you will find probably the best hotel bathroom in any hotel. A deep soaking tub, walk in shower, separate wc and 2 sink arrangements at opposite sides of the bathroom. Whoever designed this deserves a medal for recognising that couples can save a lot of time by having their own space, separated by a beautifully tiled heated floor. Thoughtful touches like the TV built into the mirror at the end of the bath and a ‘one touch’ SPA button that instantly dims the lighting, turns on spa music and creates a sense of peace. Genius. The modern tech that is always at finger tips to control every aspect of your room is simple to use and convenient. This is the 2nd thing to consider when comparing London 5 star hotels. The Peninsula is a modern design. Everything works. It has size, function and form. No compromising here. During our stay we utilised the huge indoor pool every day and also one of the best Spa’s at any hotel. This became our daily ritual before enjoying a fabulous breakfast each morning. You must visit the Brooklands Bar on the rooftop for great cocktails and dramatic sunsets. Everything at the Peninsula London is done with an unhurried, guest focused approach. The Concierge team lead by the ever professional Gavin, are available to assist with just about everything, including tables at London’s best and hardest to book restaurants. There is also the hotel car that (if available) may deliver you to your local restaurant in style. There is something about the Peninsula car that turns heads and opens doors! In summary, it is difficult to fault the Peninsula. We always feel safe and secure. It is a quiet, welcoming place to spend quality time. It made us smile to return every day after exploring London. In our opinion, it is the best hotel in London. Here is the 3rd thing to consider. Whilst the Peninsula may be more expensive than another 5 star hotel you are looking at, consider the ‘difference’ in the daily rate. Then ask yourself ..is flexible check in and check out, a huge modern suite, facilities that make you want to spend more time in the hotel and people that can elevate your holiday to the next level is worth it to you, then like us you will likely answer, YES. You will not regret it !

Dear Peninsula hotel I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you and your entire team for the outstanding service provided during my recent visit at the lobby restaruant for a table of 8 On 4th May at 12 pm and then drinks at the brooklands bar . From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail shown by your staff. Every aspect of my stay was handled with exceptional care, making my visit both comfortable and memorable. I was particularly and personally welcomed by the Gay Emma Winright she was welcoming friendly and made the day extra special she offered my friend and I a glass of champagne , and gave us a memeorable gift for the event. She went above and beyond and I will always remember my 50th birthday there. The staff at the lobby was exceptional as well. Nice food . The canton blue staff and manager waa good and gave us a guided tour pf the restaruant The hospitality, and overall atmosphere of the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Your team’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and I greatly appreciated the prompt assistance and courteous service throughout my celebrations Please extend my thanks to everyone involved in making my experience so enjoyable. It is rare to encounter such a high standard of service, and I will certainly recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality. Our stay at The Peninsula London last weekend reaffirmed why the Peninsula brand remains one of our first choices globally — and why we are already planning our return. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt intentional, elevated, and deeply personal. A special acknowledgment to David Cerezo, Director of Rooms, who was exceptional throughout our stay. His attention, genuine care, and proactive approach set the tone for what true luxury hospitality should feel like — thoughtful without being intrusive, and always one step ahead. The in-room technology is flawlessly integrated: lighting, climate, drapery, and service all controlled intuitively without ever feeling complicated. It’s one of the rare examples where innovation actually enhances comfort rather than distracting from it. One of the most memorable aspects of our visit was a behind-the-scenes design tour of Canton Blue, the upstairs restaurant and bar, and the cigar lounge. Learning about the design inspiration, cultural motifs, and craftsmanship behind each space added a completely different layer to the experience — thoughtful, artistic, and deeply rooted in narrative. Canton Blue itself delivered a fantastic meal and stands out as one of the more compelling dining experiences in London right now. The entire family loved our meal of peking duck etc at the Canton Blue. The cigar concierge lounge deserves special mention — easily among the finest hotel cigar environments in Europe. Proper ventilation, a serious and well-curated selection, knowledgeable staff, and a setting that feels both discreet and elevated. Pair that with the rooftop views toward Hyde Park and Wellington Arch, and the property delivers a true sense of place — something very few newer London hotels manage to achieve. Service throughout the stay was polished, warm, and highly professional. Every interaction felt genuine, never scripted — a hallmark of great training paired with great people. The Peninsula London is not just a beautiful new hotel — it’s a fully realized luxury experience with substance behind the design. We’ll absolutely be back.
