Great stay
Great room and wonderful check in process. We had traveled for about 24 hour, our room was not ready but they switched our room so we could have a room and rest. Maria at check in was very helpful and nice. Great place to stay and there is a store next door to get snacks.

Great hotel. Clean room, great amenities and customer service. Shout out for Jibon in the special event dining and Ataq in the bar. Attentiveness and courteous treatment from beginning with hostess to check in from manager. Very contemporary and great entertainment.

One of best hotels in London
Excellent hotel and service Eleanor reception was superb and friendly. Probably one one best hotels stayed in London for many years based on views, location, service and room outstanding.. ordered room service and very expensive and good menu which we fully enjoyed thanks

Great Experience
Our family stay was very lovely from the doorman Rory to the receptionist Anneike at the reception. She greeted us with a smile we were shown to our rooms and the bags were also delivered. We enjoyed the stay and plan to stay again, we also had an amazing view.

I had a fantastic experience at the Park Plaza. The room was modern, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Madhu was professional and always ready to help with a smile. I particularly appreciated the view, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an excellent service.
