I attended the sushi masterclass with sushi chef Jhun. He was friendly, welcoming and made it so enjoyable! I am coeliac and left handed, so I needed things to be changed round for me, and he was more than happy to help and full of jokes and fun. Jhun really wanted us to learn and in our class of 6 we were able to make and taste as we went along. It was great - would really recommend if you love sushi.

We had a fantastic time at Prince Akatoki. The staff were amazing. As was the restaurant and it's in such a great central location. Service was brilliant, in particular Adri, Clarisa, Jordan, Adrian B, Kara, and Manal. Thank you so much for making our time there special!

The Prince Akatoki delivered in a spectacular way! The international staff (all spoke English) made us feel welcomed, accommodated and well taken care of for our 8 day stayl. Concierges Adrian and Jean Pierre did a wonderful job helping us navigate all of our tourist activities. Adrian provided excellent 5-star dinner reservations. The hotel is inspired by the Japanese sensibilities and is exquisite in its design, aesthetic and motif. The restaurant Toki was exceptional. The room was cleaned to perfection daily and the housekeeping staff exceptionally accommodating. The neighborhood is fabulous; close to everything but "off the beaten path" with a more local vibe.

Best cocktails in Marble Arch area. I've had 3 drinks and they were soo tasty and well executed. Stellar service from Daniele and Mario. They were just perfect. From welcoming me, taking the order and making the drinks. I'll be back for sure. Highly Recommended!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Kara, Manual, and Adrian (concierge) were great employees and helped us immensely, and with their ever present smiles. The food and food staff were amazing, and room staff were the best. We will come back top the Prince Akatoki on our next visit to London.
