Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Excellent warm attentive welcome and service the moment we stepped through the doors. Ed, the concierge was so helpful, warm and kind. We were lucky enough to gain early access to our room and also given a welcome glass of fizz/soft drink. The room, whilst small (typical of course for many London hotel rooms) was furnished nicely with a Comfortable bed and extremely clean. Nice walk in shower. The bar restaurant provided equally friendly service and attentive. Livinia was wonderful and kind and also brought out a complimentary little cake for my partner’s birthday. A delicious light lunch of Nduja flatbread pizza and burrata with tomatoes and bread. Cocktails also were delicious and we soaked up the atmosphere dining outside and also were allowed to smoke with an ashtray provided. Staff couldn’t do enough to be helpful and accommodating whilst not being overbearing. A perfect judgement After a good nights sleep the breakfast was delicious and cooked to order and didn’t wait long. The location was perfect as just 9 mins walk from The Prince of Wales Theatre and 6 mins from Leicester Square and 5 mins to Soho. Covent Garden around the corner five mins or so away but didn’t get chance to go there as a flying visit this time. Congratulations to all the staff we encountered and had the pleasure of interacting with. You really made us feel welcome with personalised friendly service. A true home from home. Thank you so much!

Fantastic location. Extremely quiet hotel on a road that has very little passing traffic and because of the excellent sound proofing you can’t hear anything. But also bang in the middle of theatre land. There lots of lovely independent cafes, bars and restaurants all within very easy walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was reasonably modern and very clean. The breakfast was excellent.

Really central convenient location. Expensive and this is all location. Room really basic, shower in bath not great, no shower cap/moisturizer/mini fridge empty, staying on third floor, lift not working for part of stay, fine with me to take stairs but not for others. Room clean and check in efficient

A marvelous gem in London's theater district! Comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated. Congratulations to the front desk team, especially to Ariela! Wonderful breakfast experience under the guidance of Dimitris! Highly recommended!!!

First and foremost, brilliant location in Theatreland right next to 7 Dials. Super easy for visiting Covent Garden. High standards of housekeeping. A mix-up with our booking left us with a twin room for a romantic break, and despite regularly successfully making bookings with Radisson, it seems we were to blame. When asking to be moved to a double I was met with indignance and hostility by the check-in staff, who may I add were equally unpleasant the next day also. Simply not suitable for public facing roles. Thankfully, house manager Laus came to the rescue and was a thoroughly professional and lovely man. Thanks also to the general hotel manager who quickly resolved an unexpected extra £100 charge that appeared on our credit card after leaving. All in all a 50/50 experience.
