Raffles London at The OWO

What a fabulous educational tour of such a splendid building beautifully restored. We had the privilege of seeing inside to suites, namely, The Haldane Suite and the Granville Suite. If you get the opportunity to do this tour then it’s definitely a “must do” lasted approximately 1 hour. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I stayed two nights here in March 2026. The building is absolutely stunning and the location really ideal. Apart from that, the junior suite which I occupied looked more like a big Marriott room rather than an ultra-luxury hotel junior suite. I was sincerely disappointed. The breakfast is decent but nothing to remember. The personnel is kind but it definitely lacks this really high level of professionalism and care which you would get at properties like Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park or Four Seasons Tower Bridge. I enjoyed staying here for two nights but I would definitely not return. I would choose MO or FS in the future.

My husband and I choose to celebrate our 10 th wedding anniversary in London . We always visit Raffles for a leisurely gin cocktail, so we decided to have afternoon tea this time . We were blown away by the attention of the staff , from the minute we arrived during a loud St Patrick’s day celebration. Our table was perfect by the window overlooking Whitehall . The food was gorgeous along with a glass of champagne. We felt unhurried, spoilt and delighted with the experience. Thank you so much

The best hotel we ever stayed in London! Gorgeous rooms with all modern amenities you can think of. Attentive professional staff. Great restaurants on site. The swimming pool is massive and stunning at the same time. We didn't care for the location in the first place, but you forget that you are in a busy tourist area the minute you step inside. The history of the building gives it an extra warmth and grandeur. Ticks all the boxes for most demanding travelers. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We stayed here because our son loves WW2 and MI6 history. We had high expectations and the hotel did not disappoint. First, it is a beautiful property and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The tour of the hotel is a must!
