A big thank you to the charming Dan for looking after us so beautifully, and to our sommelier Emilio, whose knowledge and recommendations were spot on. We also have to mention cheeky chops Ben, who had us all chuckling — such a character and a real asset to the team. The food was beautifully presented and executed with precision. Each course was thoughtfully balanced with excellent flavours and high-quality ingredients. And finally, a very special thank you to Enzo, who completely stole the show. His crêpe Suzette was absolutely spectacular and, in a moment I won’t forget, he renamed it the “Crêpe Sarah” — which actually brought a tear to my eye. An unforgettable evening with incredible food, wonderful service and a touch of theatre that made it truly special.

Had a lovely visit here, despite there clearly being significant work (new build/renovation) going on, everything was perfect and a 100% improvement on our last visit. We did think it had started to lose its way/ground to other iconic names, but this felt like they had got back to where they need to be.

We had been given an afternoon tea experience by our children as a gift. I had wanted to go for years but never really managed to do so. From when we were welcomed in by the doormen, we were treated as special. The wonderful smell, the feeling of absolute luxury and the ambience of the building; all added to our experience. The food and drink, table settings and caring attitude of the staff was fabulous. I had imagined the visit would be perfect and we were not disappointed. A big thank you to the staff at The Ritz for a truly lovely day.

Travel agent review. The Ritz London continues to be one of my most booked hotels for clients and after my recent visit, I completely understand why they love it so much. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by timeless English elegance and beauty. Even with the current renovations, the charm of the hotel shines through. Work began on 2 January, and aside from a bit of scaffolding outside, you’d hardly notice any disruption. I visited on Valentine’s Day, when the hotel was filled with stunning red roses at every turn. The atmosphere was warm and romantic. I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with Umberto, the director of sales and marketing. We spoke about life, travel, and of course food. This was my third time meeting him, and he perfectly embodies everything The Ritz stands for: style, grace, luxury, and impeccable service.
