Stunning Christmas decorations in the Reception area. It feels magical and definitly well worth visiting this iconic Hotel. Food was amazing.... Can highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at The Savoy which meets all of the requirements of a luxury stay in the heart of London. Location is of course excellent, the lobby is inviting and warm especially as it was decorated for the Christmas period. We were fortunate to have a one bedroom suite which was specious and beautifully decorated. Perhaps however the bathroom / shower could do with some modernization and the shower especially was a bit small. There was also noise outside from renovation works which I thought we could have been warned about. Staff were extremely friendly throughout and service prompt and professional. I would highly recommend.

It had been a few years since my last stay at The Savoy, and I was genuinely impressed by how much the hotel has elevated its experience. We stayed in the newly remodeled Edwardian side, and the appointment was absolutely beautiful — elegant, refined, and thoughtfully designed, striking a perfect balance between classic charm and modern comfort. We were exceptionally well taken care of throughout our stay, and the location couldn’t be better, making it effortless to enjoy the best of London. A special highlight was how seamlessly the team arranged our private transfer for the Stonehenge inner circle sunset tour. Everything was handled flawlessly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The Savoy has clearly raised its standards while preserving its iconic character. A wonderful stay, and one I would gladly return to again.

My wife and I visited for a 2 night New Year stay . We arrived and was greeted by Rob and Michael - the doormen . Always amazes me they know our names with all the people who stay there . They are genuinely pleased to see you and chat . Into the reading room and welcomed by Teng for complimentary champagne . It’s all the little touches that make it so special . Anna welcomed us at check in and had ensured we had a refurbished room . When we went to the room we found flowers from the florist team , Laurent Perrier champagne and mince pies . The room was great and we had a view of the Thames . Day 2 we went for drinks in the Reading room and Hannah welcomed us like old lost friends - she is so friendly and has the biggest smile in the world . New Year’s Eve was spectacular and the view of the fireworks was second to none . It’s not cheap but you do feel so special and we believe worth every penny .

For our 50th anniversary we booked 2 nights and enjoyed the ballet and a West End show. We were impressed that hotel had emailed us a few days before arriving to see what they could to help. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. Ambience at the hotel is wonderful and the foyer area stunning with elegant Christmas decorations. The room was very comfortable and spacious in a clean elegant style. Complimentary bar is a nice touch. Our room and indeed the hotel absolutely clean and tidy as you would expect. Now the service is where the Savoy scores highly. The willingness of all staff to ensure you enjoy your stay is fundamentally embedded into their mentality, but it was always felt by us to be warm and genuine. After the shows we retired back to the American Bar where the service and attention to detail was evident along with a great atmosphere. The staff here are so knowledgeable and professional. It seemed to us all staff were aware that it was a special occasion for us so we had personal notes and conversations, just wonderful! American Bar is a must to experience and enjoy if you can. Breakfast in the Gallery Room was superb with Winni looking after our every need. Thanks Winni. You feel the culture of this hotel - to provide an exceptional service -is so evident you can sense it. Makes you feel good and in return you want to give back. Took opportunity to try the swimming pool and wellness area which was classy and well equipped. Front Desk service was super slick and extraordinary helpful. Also best wishes to Teng whom we met in the Reading Room, what a lovely guy, A true ambassador for The Savoy... Just a completely wonderful time. Thank you Savoy for making our 50th anniversary so fantastically memorable and delightful.
