The staff were exceptional-attentive without being intrusive. Every request was handled with efficiency and genuine charm. Concierge recommendations were spot-on, and housekeeping maintained the room to perfection.

Everything about the Savoy was amazing! From the gracious welcome at the entrance, to the reception desk, and every staff member we encountered during our stay, the Savoy truly feels like a home away from home. My husband arrived for business a few days earlier than I did and he was raving about everything from day one! The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the room was clean and organized well. Housekeeping does an outstanding job and every single person we encountered in the corridors would greet us, some even knew our name... Turndown service is a wonderful touch which we find has gone missing in many hotels. Personal notes from the staff, fresh water and treats all added to the 5 star experience. Room service was quick and delicious. Amna was super accommodating, even going so far as to write out the breakfast items that I could have with my allergy and send it with my dinner order. Above and beyond! Thank you! We had cocktails at the American Bar and at Restaurant 1890 which were wonderful and service was impeccable. We had dinner at The Savoy Grill - everything was delicious from first course to last. My husband says make sure you get the Beef Wellington...and the sticky toffee pudding! Service was excellent! The staff was knowledgable and accommodating with my allergy. Much appreciated! I have to thank Rahim, Head Concierge who made my husband feel very welcomed his first few days in London as well as during our stay together. Rahim went out of his way to help me send a package to a family member and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. He was eager to assist no matter what we asked. I also don't want to forget Konrad who had lots of patience with me my first day while my husband was at work. He helped me find my way a few times, and always with a smile. Both gentlemen were eager to assist with a smile and genuine care throughout our time at the Savoy. These connections made our stay even better than we could have imagined. I wish I could remember every name of the outstanding team members we encountered so I could point them out individually... but please know we noticed the details and please keep up the good work...it is evident that the people who work there care about the guests and do their job with pride. I believe the team is what makes the Savoy so spectacular. The pleasure part of the trip was only 2 nights so we couldn't possibly experience everything the Savoy has to offer. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Savoy, until next time.

We went for Afternoon Tea. The ambience, location and food were great. The only thing which was less than perfect was the service. Several of the waiters were communicative and attentive. But we were let down by two experiences. First, a male waiter came over and took my teapot away. I told him I wasn't finished and he returned it, then took my cup. Again, I said I wasn't finished and he gave me a top up. Throughout this process he didn't utter a single word. My partner ordered a cocktail before her tea. After drinking it, she asked one of the female waiters if she could have her tea now. That waiter never returned with the tea and she had to ask another. At the end, we had some leftover scones so my partner asked the same female waiter who had failed to bring her tea if we could put the leftovers in a box. The waitress said yes and agreed to include some cream and jam for the scones. Upon arriving home, the cream and jam were nowhere to be seen. As a minor grievance, no one offered to take our coats at any point. We recently had afternoon tea at the Ritz and the service was impeccable. The service here lets down what was otherwise a great experience.

Our stay at the Savoy was a dream. We had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. We had a very luxurious bathroom with delicious amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool was nice and warm. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, at walking distance of a lot of the sights. It was a very nice surprise to wake up with all the christmas decorations. We would love to come back again.

Went to the savoy hotel on Monday the 1st of December with some friends for afternoon tea the service and food was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive but I have to give a big shout out to to the Health and safety manager called James . I became unwell while I was in the Gallery couldn’t of asked for better care and understanding and looked after me until I was feeling better and able to continue with my visit round London thankyou once again Gill Malcolm
