Still a very good experience.
The hotel service was really good overall. Staff were polite and helpful whenever needed. Check-in was smooth and quick. Just a small delay with room service, otherwise a great stay.

Not worth the money
Stayed for one night, and dined at Ramsey's Grill. Total bill for standard room, dinner and wine flight was just shy of £2,000. It is not a £2,000 a night establishment. Maybe in the past, but it hasn't kept up. The Grill in particular was worse than other Michelin recommended restaurants I've been to - would recommend The Hand & Flowers above this in Marlow. Save your money - stay elsewhere.

A perfect stay at the Savoy
Our first ever, 1 night stay at the Savoy was unforgettable! As amazing as the amenities were, it was the genuine friendliness of the staff that was the highlight. From being welcomed by Eliah at reception, to Rob and his colleague at the door and Belinda the florist. Thank you! We hope to come again!

A lovely belated Mother’s Day treat🥰
What a wonderful afternoon we spent at the savoy for afternoon tea. Everything was delicious from the sandwiches to the tea to the cakes. Every member of staff was courteous, helpful and had a smile on their face. Thank you for a lovely time and we hope to be back again soon!
