The Savoy

Stayed here last week to celebrate my 70th birthday. What an experience. From the moment we arrived made to feel very special. Free upgrade to a beautiful king room. With some wonderful birthday gifts. Evening meal in the Savoy Grill, expensive but the food was out of this world. breakfast in the Gallery again nothing was to much trouble. The reading room is lovely with complementary tea and biscuits. On my birthday had the afternoon tea. Again a fabulous experience. I only have 2 small niggles. The afternoon tea was in the same space as where I had breakfast, well the next table. We have been to afternoon tea all over the world. Many places have a dedicated area for tea . The other the wardrobe in the room half short rail as drawers for shoes with safe on top and tray for laundry so quite short for longer tops. The tallhalf had ironing board, iron,yoga mat taking up a lot of room. So my dresses next to my wet coat.Overall had a wonderful time. And if it's on your bucket list for it. You wont regret it. May I say all the staff made me feel I was special and nothing was to much trouble. However Rosalind made breakfast feel like a special occasion every morning. Would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay in the Frank Sinatra suite. Such a wonderful spacious room. We loved the bathroom. Was everything we wanted plus more. We loved our drinks in the American bar. This is our favourite hotel in London

A month ago, I stayed in one of the suites for a night while my mother hosted a masquerade ball in the ballroom. The suite itself was stunning, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the refreshments were a wonderful touch. However, the true highlight of our stay was our personal butler, Ariu. She was absolutely amazing and attentive, assisting me with several personal matters that truly saved the evening. Most notably, she helped me assemble over 100 gift bags in under 45 minutes, a feat that earned her immense praise from both my mother and myself. Ariu’s exceptional service perfectly captured the spirit of a night at the Savoy. We couldn't have done it without her!

An incredible evening four of us did the private table experience and it was absolutely wonderful We had an evening of watching the kitchen from behind a screen dishes served and explained by each of the chef's ,our waiter Clifford along with our Somalia just made our evening perfect. You all truly wowed us from start to finish. We are absolutely booking the Wine room experience shortly. Thankyou for a wonderful evening 💕
