The Savoy

My parents have just got back from staying at The Savoy in London and honestly, they can’t stop talking about how amazing it was! Everything about the stay was incredible, from the atmosphere to the service—it really lived up to the hype. A huge shout out to Vlad, the night concierge, who completely made their trip. He was always smiling, super friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. Every evening he made them feel so welcome and genuinely treated them like royalty—it meant so much to them and really made their stay extra special. Safe to say my parents are already dreaming about going back. Couldn’t recommend The Savoy more!

So try again. I wasn’t aware reviews can be deleted but here goes for a third time🫣 This visit was a bucket list ticked off. Nothing to moan about other than the terrible cheese and biscuits option I chose. See pic very poor and against such a price for the smallest of offerings🤷🏻

We just spent four wonderful nights celebrating our 30th Wedding anniversary at this elegant Hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way at every opportunity. Special thanks to Tony and front door crew, the entire staff at the American Bar who made us feel extra special and the Concierge team who were exceptional with all their assistance. Total class act! We will be back!

5* hotel that lives up to its name. There are others nearby who are elitist and have an unjustified arrogance. The Savoy, in our experience, was friendly, welcoming, unstuffy, professional and it produced outstanding service. All of the staff go out of their way to make your stay really enjoyable, top draw customer service.

I have stayed here several times, but this was by far the best stay in a long time. The tone was set by the best doormen in the industry, Tony, and Genchi. They always want to give you the best experience of the hotel. We had a newly refurbished one bedroom river view suite, which was stunning, I love the new colours, and furniture, and pops of orange. And automatic curtains- amazing! One of the best services which everyone receives is the turn down service, simple, but effective. You come back to your room after an evening out to find your lights dimmed, curtains closed, slippers out and by your bed, with fresh water. You can also leave your outside your door in the evening, and in the morning , they are returned polished, and ready for another day . It is all these little extra touches that make the hotel so special. Along with their truly dedicated staff.
