The staff and service are 2nd to none, we always look forward to staying at the Savoy. We are well looked after and everyone always make us feel welcome and celebrate our return. I cant wait until we return once again. Happy to recommend the Savoy to anyone looking for a special stay in London.

From the moment you enter the foyer to the moment you leave you are treated like royalty and made to feel like you are the only people staying in the hotel. Then you add the rooms, the food, the american bar and the experience becomes out of this world. The Savoy should be congratulated on effortlessly providing a 5* stay again and again.

This was the best hotel stay I have ever e. All the staff was exceptional. They made us feel very welcomed. The doormen greeted us by name. The reception staff, the concierge, the waiters and waitresses, even the cleaning staff were wonderful. Staying at the Savoy made our trip to London far more rewarding.

Just finished our yearly stay at The Savoy. Everything went smooth as usual from booking until check-out. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable, but most of all we keep coming back every year because of the people. Everybody from Valentin during booking, to Genci, Rob, Tony and the other at the door, to Attila and his butler team to the fabulous Rose at breakfast. It is a pleasure being looked after by them and after a while they feel like friends. An extreme shout-out to butler Sebastian who served us a free bottle of champagne one night even though we really did not have butler service included, he did not have to and we had not asked for it. Just because he felt like. it. Thats is what this is about: Above and beyond. A year until next time. Will we be able to wait?

Entering the Savoy is like going back in time to the 1920's. The décor is exquisite. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The afternoon was fantastic. It's a bottomless afternoon tea so if there's anything in particular you are enjoying the staff will gladly bring you more. There are 27 teas to choose from, my white peony was delicious. The staff will ask if you are celebrating a special occasion. I was celebrating my 50th. The staff brought out birthday cake for myself and three others guests while the pianist played happy birthday. What a treat. We stayed in a junior suite with a river view which was stunning. Upgrades are available when booking through American express platinum and it's worth singing up to be a Fairmont member online. Large breakfast menu to choose from, all very high quality ingredients. Cocktails in the American bar were delicious, a relaxed but upbeat atmosphere with entertainment from a pianist. Great spa facilities. Pool with resistance jetstream. Very quiet, we had the place to ourselves. Cannot fault The Savoy in any way, a sheer joy to stay here and we will be back.
