Lovely experience, worth every penny spent!
Excellent service, lovely views, wonderful front office and crew. Loved how clean the pool and sauna was, really needed it after a hectic week I had. Did not get a chance to eat at their restaurant for any of the meals. However, all the refreshments at the room or by the pool were wonderful.

Out of this World views, top flight services. Definitely get up to Gong. Have a sit by the pool. Everyone just smiles and you can hear in your mind “yeah - awesome…” And yes you can see Big Ben…

Shangri-La - The Shard - Exceptional hotel and service...
Impeccable service and an unbeatable view from your own private room... From the minute I arrived you can't help to feel welcomed by the team - nothing is to much and the welcoming smiles are a genuine appreciation for my business. The hotel's location is perfect for central London and Borough Market is a 5 min walk with fantastic food on offer... it's a real challenge to leave the breakfast area in the morning as the food, service and views are out of this world. Love this hotel for many reasons, especially the team there.
