Exceptional Service
What makes Shangri-La memorable is the service we enjoyed from the meet and greet to check in to concierge services and finally to all the small, special details that housekeeping tended to. The buffet dining and wait staff were also exceedingly friendly and attentive. It's a luxury property that will not disappoint.

View is stunning
One of the nicest hotels in Central London. View from the rooms is 10/10, and the service generally is of a high standard, Asian hospitality style. Entry into hotel is a little bit of a faff, as you have to go through security checks. Encountered one particularly unpleasant security officer but otherwise I would say this is one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in in London. Location is right above London bridge station which is convenient in the day, but can be a bit more dodgy at night. Great access to good restaurants in Bermondsey

Wow - from start to finish, we loved every moment. Celebrating our anniversary and 40th Birthday here was so memorable, and we can’t wait to return! Absolute five star in all areas. The views, the service, the luxury, the food and the breakfast were fantastic.
