Best service, very attentive. Rahul was very professional and had good knowledge of dishes and drinks. Treated us for our special occassion. Location is also perfect for a nice summer dinner. We had a nice window side table with perfect views.

We had a lovely family dinner to celebrate a birthday. The waiters were welcoming and friendly, Alex especially, the view was breathtaking and the meal was delicious. Definitely an experience to recommend for those in search of splendid sceneries and tasty food!

I went there for my birthday, the service was done by Alex and Renate which were absolutely delightfuls. The food was incredibly tasty and beautiful. Let's not forget the view of London; witnessing the sundown from there makes for a pleasant moment

This is a six star hotel really. Everything was absolutely perfect, amazing, just a luxurious, pampering, very special place indeed. Every member of the staff was happy and chatty and professional, and they couldn't do enough for us. The room was.... spectacular and the bathroom.... defies description really. We loved every second in our room ! The Sky Pool and sauna are like nothing I have ever experienced before. The views ! Do book a slot beforehand. The pool isnt huge, but we had it to ourselves most of the time we were there (twice in our overnight stay at the Shangri La). We loved Gong bar too, great people watching, very generous snacks, lovely staff. I'd love to come to this hotel again....
