The Ermin's Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a deep history. St. Ermin's has a breakfast that will "fuel you" for a day of visiting the Sites. The beds are great. Gordon on the Door is brilliant. The service is seamless. Buckingham Palace is 0.5 Mile away, Westminster Abbey is around the corner. Kings Cross Rail Station is a 15 minute taxi ride away. Great pubs with excellent food and crowds are a walk way. We cannot say enough about the St. Ermin's....

This hotel is wonderful and the complete package for someone’s who just wants the quiet, with a slice of luxurious history. We fully enjoyed the dining experience for breakfast and diner too. As I have celiac disease and have a hard time finding safe dining accommodations this was a delightful meal from start to finish. Totally celiac/Gluten-free friendly. Would recommend highly if you want delicious food and a beautiful ambiance to surround you.

We spent 5 wonderful days in this hotel, stayed between may 1-6. Everything was perfect. Spacious room for a family (3 Adults) – Deluxe, Guest roum, 2 Double. During the entire stay, we enjoyed a special atmosphere, recalling the feelings of celebrities staying here throughout history. Impeccable cleanliness, special attention to customers, a fabulous English breakfast. We want to thank especially Marina and Mark, but also Nahid and the entire diner team for their assistance and useful recommendations.

This place is the place to go. Great building, great history, and a great location. Right around the corner from the St. James tube station and a quick walk to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. They have a good fitness center - looked good anyway! They have an on-site restaurant and an awesome bar. They also offer afternoon tea, which was very good. The rooms are a nice size and well appointed with comfortable beds. They offer daily refresh with water and chocolate! Very helpful! What makes this hotel stand out though is the employees. This is a well trained team that works seamlessly together. While each and every employee we interacted with was an excellent ambassador for the hotel, a big shout out goes to Stefani, Ricardo, Savina, Ovi, James, and Deepak for just being the best! Would I stay here again? It’s not if, it’s when.

We recently stayed at The St. Erwin’s Hotel for a business/holiday get away. We both travel pretty frequently and this is the best hotel we have stayed at. Why you ask??? First is starts with the team at the front of the house. Both Matte and Stelios are so gracious. They made us feel immediately welcome with their generous smiles and keen understanding of the hotel and surrounding area. Upon check-in Gabriela was extremely kind. Our room was not available yet she did make us a priority and get us into our room earlier than expected. We were extremely appreciative. At breakfast, you will meet Nahid who personally ensures each guest has what they need. He truly helped us relax and kickstart our day. Bottom line, if you are in London, Hotel St. Ermins is an experience that prides itself on being of service. Thank you for an amazing week and we look forward to returning. A presto! Chris
