About the Hotel
Designer Philippe Starck conceived St Martins Lane London as a surrealist wonderland viewed through the looking glass of classic British eccentric taste. In this hotel stay, staff made all the difference.
Visiting London for a quick trip. Was planning to stay in this general area if possible. Have been a Hilton honors member for years, as well as Marriott Bonvoy platinum guest. This being said so, I normally tend to stay in curio collection boutique hotels so, this was right up our alley. I was recommended your hotel by a colleague from the area. I am glad I listened to their recommendation. We were pleased by the location. The bar located inside the hotel was up something we did not expect that will for sure get us talking and racing to our friends back in Miami about a must stay hotel while visiting London now. Now as far as the staff goes. One person in particular stuck out. From the initial entrance of the hotel we were greeted with a warm smile, and a hello good afternoon from the bellhop at the door. Asked if we needed help with our bags immediately. Then upon approaching the front desk the manager, Alexandros as he Introduced himself. (Also treated to another warm inviting smile. ) Alex then immediately asked how our day was and offered us water because of how hot the day was. He noticed we have been traveling all day and suggested if we need to sit for a minute and unwind that we go check out the hotels version of a speakeasy. ( The bartender was exceptional as well. ) Not sure if we would have found it without his help being as we were only here a few days and many things to do. Once he found out we were here for a limited time. He had gave us some great idea, ideas and tips for what to do around the city as well as restaurant suggestions. He was well informed and knowledgeable, and it was a treat meeting him. He clearly changed our experience and made it a memorable one. I wanted to make sure I remembered his name in case we visit the hotel again. Alex, thank you and thank you St. Martins Lane we will be back.

Great place to be
I came with my girlfriend for a night i don't usually write reviews but the hotel was great. Good price good location and great team. Alex especially is doing a fantastic job. We will be returning very very soon. Thank you St Martins for the great night.

Fantastic once again!
Fantastic location right in the heart of Covent Garden. This was our third visit to St Martins lane and it didn’t disappoint! The front desk staff are extremely helpful and the Manager Alex is friendly and keen to hear feedback. Breakfast options are good with a buffet and hot menu available. The rooms are modern and well equipped with plenty of charging points and plugs for hairdryers are in the correct place with great mirrors. The hidden bar is also a treat! Plenty of natural light also. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for a London stay. Looking forward to our next visit!

Had a wonderful stay! Visar took great care of us and was the best! The entire staff was helpful and kind and the location is perfect for evening strolls in and around covent garden and soho!
