Floor-to-ceiling windows at St Martins Lane pull the cityscape into each guest room, offering a dramatic perspective on the energetic city below. The Tim Andreas of Banjo design rooms evoke a sense of spaciousness and luxury by using a mix of both naturally inspired and modern materials. The overall effect is an ethereal, yet sensuous experience.

I had a truly wonderful stay at St Martins Lane Hotel, and the experience was made exceptional by the incredible team. A special thank you to Vi, the amazing manager, whose leadership and attention to detail really shine through. Phil, the exceptional Bell Captain, set a high standard of service, and Didar and Visar were incredibly helpful bellmen—always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The concierge team, Illidio and Jomar, were outstanding, providing excellent recommendations and assistance with genuine warmth and professionalism. At reception, Maame and Veronica were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient, making check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, but it’s the staff who truly make it a 5-star experience. I highly recommend St Martins Lane Hotel and look forward to returning!

A disappointing and unsettling experience for a 5-star hotel. During my stay, a personal item went missing from my room and was only discovered absent at checkout. The room was accessible only to registered guests and hotel staff, which makes the situation particularly concerning. What followed was even more disappointing. Despite reporting the incident and escalating it through the proper channels, the hotel and Accor Customer Care ultimately denied responsibility without providing any investigation details, explanation, or reassurance regarding guest safety. This is not about the monetary value of the item, but about the feeling of being left unheard and unprotected. When something goes wrong in a luxury hotel, transparency and accountability matter just as much as comfort. I am sharing this so other guests are aware and can make an informed decision.

Terrible hotel!!!If you don’t want to be robbed don’t go to this hotel!In this hotel you need to be careful and hide even perfumes or face creams etc.We reported to the hotel management that clearly someone went trough our stuff and something valuable was stolen,ridiculous but they even scooped my face cream and took half of it..The hotel answer was that they couldn’t do anything..5 star hotel??what are u providing for your guests if there is no safety in the rooms at all, you need to hide in the safe even your perfume maybe clothes also??Avoid this hotel!
