About the Hotel

The Tim Andreas of Banjo design rooms evoke a sense of spaciousness and luxury by using a mix of both naturally inspired and modern materials. Full of light and excellent hospitality
Fantastic contemporary hotel, ideally located in Covent Garden, just a few blocks from the National Gallery. The breakfast buffet is delicious! The rooms are very well designed. Everything works beautifully to enhance one’s stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay
St Martins Lane London is perfectly located for anyone wanting to experience all that the West End has to offer. Its central position makes it incredibly convenient, with the London Underground just around the corner and plenty of dining options nearby, even late into the evening. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality from the hotel team. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. Breakfast each morning was a particular highlight, with the team going above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after—including thoughtful touches like offering takeaway coffee for the day ahead. A special mention must go to Shraddha, who looked after us each morning. Her attentiveness, genuine warmth, and ability to remember exactly how we liked our coffee made each breakfast feel personal and memorable. Her pleasant demeanour and exceptional service ensured every day began on a wonderful note. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Excellent service meets perfect location
Quite a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was top notch, rooms cleaned daily, timely and efficiently. The ambiance of the lobby was great. My check out was especially helpful with Mohamed coordinating the bellhop and car. You can't beat the location of the hotel either, it was literally central to everywhere we went. Highly recommend the stay.

Great Location, Nice Hotel
Excellent location! The staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had three rooms as our adult children joined us on vacation in London. They particularly enjoyed Norris at the bar! Why not 5 stars?, it's not five stars, but a really good place
