St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London

Waw, waw, waw. What a location to stay. We booked via Marriott and had a great deal. Stayed in the Barlow House. Such a warm greeting at the main entrance and guided to check-in. Check-in was seamless and shown the way to our room. Room was lovely, warm and welcoming. Staff were all so warm and nothing was too much. The cleaning staff were also lovely. Only regret - not staying here previously. I also use a CPAP machine for sleep aponea and there were ample bedside sockets for use. We will definitely be back asap. All staff were amazing. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful, perfect location, easy access to the rail system, restaurants and the massive mall! I’d recommend staying here, on our next visit we will return! The Spa was one of my highlights, it was just what I needed. Perfect R & R

This hotel is stunning and gorgeous. After sitting abandoned for decades it was remodeled and brought back to life. Gorgeous ceilings, spacious common areas and beautiful design everywhere. This place is palatial in its size and its beauty. The staff is fantastic and always on top of A+ levels of service. Guestrooms are small because the building is so old (there were not originally bathrooms in each room until the renovation ), but they have black-out curtains, comfortable beds and very attentive housekeeping. It is not cheap, but it is 100% worth every penny. In addition, the hotel is located across the street from Coal Drops Yard, the King's Cross Tube Station and lots of shopping, restaurants and parks.

We stayed for one night over the Easter weekend. We were thrilled with everything - the room was ready when we arrived at the hotel at 10.30am expecting just to drop our bags before heading out for the day. The room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The bed was very big and exceptionally comfortable with sheets that felt high quality. Breakfast was wonderful, a great choice and the food all tasted such good quality. The staff were so kind, lovely and attentive, they couldn’t do enough for you. Overall I loved this hotel and will be back.

Excellent service and staff at reception desk. Rooms nice and spacious, though a tad bit dated and not optimally clean, as one would expect from a 5*. Food options were great, and so too were the drinks. Service hit and miss in the Hansom but excellent in the Booking Office. Overall, a nice experience, but there is some scope for improvement.
