Beautifully restored and brimming with 5-star luxury, the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London provides a truly unforgettable experience. Behind the fairytale façade, that Sir George Gilbert Scott fashioned for the Midland Grand, lies a hotel that will exceed your every expectation...blending Victorian splendor with modern style and service.

Dirty, manky hotel. Whilst the public bars, restaurants are pretty the inside is dreary and old. I got stuck in a lift and chose to take the stairs - disgusting space and so smelly. My floor 3 was old and I actually felt quite scared. I couldn’t wait to leave this morning and didn’t even shower as hated being in the hotel and ran out at 8am to get home to shower. The smell on my clothes is disgusting. Management take a sniff test in common areas od hotel it’s disgusting. awful this is a one star with fancy restaurants and nice building. I wouldn’t even pay 50 a night to stay here again I’m glad I was not with my child as she would have found it traumatic

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the busiest London rail station. From the first step into the property I was welcomed. greeted by the front desk lady Beatriz who made the stay from the start to the end special with her charming personality, which we now get few and far between. Everyone in the hotel very polite and helpful. Well recommended also if you have a chance to go the the spa

Have just spent two nights in this hotel. It’s beautiful inside, incredible architecture on the outside. Staff ante friendly and welcoming. However, for the price we paid, attention to detail was lacking. The safe in our room did not work. On the first morning we had to ask for butter for our toast, salt and pepper for our food and milk and sugar for our tea. Our room was made up but glasses were not washed or replaced and tea bags were not replaced. When I tried to contact the concierge via the phone in our room- this did not work either. It’s the little things that matter.

A beautiful hotel that has unfortunately gone downhill. As a Marriot customer staying over 150 nights a year I was sadly disappointed in what has happened to the St Pancras. Upon arrival, a 30 minute check in due to lack of staff. Since my last stay, they have removed the executive lounge. If you eat in the bar/restaurant give yourself plenty of time, the service is poor. As you walk to your room, there will be pizza boxes sitting outside rooms all day. My room was tired, basically from the 90’s it seemed. A very small fitness room is basically connected to the sauna and pool nearby so the air quality is poor. If you have booked the St Pancras, just keep your expectations low.

WORST EXPERIENCE. First I show up after a redeye flight and full day of work and I am told my reservation has been cancelled, even though I have a confirmation number of my 3 night booking. After 20 mins they tell me they had a room open...but on my third night after another full day I am told I no longer have a room and have to vacate at 10pm, so I had to pack my room up and find another hotel?? Apparently they failed to tell me the room was only available for two nights and decided to tell me at 10pm that night! Zero consideration, didn't even offer to pay for my taxi to another hotel. I have been traveling globally for 25 years, worst hotel experience ever. As a Marriott Gold member you'd think they could at least book you a room somewhere...nope. Disgraceful
