Mice Hotel?
Beautiful hotel if you don’t mind sharing with all the mice. Room not ready on arrival despite being an hour after stated check in time. Took another hour to sort. Booked a suite as it was a special occasion. Didn’t sleep at all - nice in the corridors and bars so no doubt in the rooms too.

Not good. We were given a dirty room. Blood on floor in the bathroom along with urine and pubic hair! Reception weren’t interested when we reopened this. Also we booked a king deluxe and was given a loft room? Worst experience ever avoid this place. It’s more like a Travelodge room than a five star one.

A little underwhelmed, sorry...
Stunning building, takes your breat away when you arrive. Fantastic location if you need the rail. Lovely reception, efficient. Told I was upgraded to Room 739. Nice room. Went for a walk at sunset and came back for a drink, asked for a glass of Merlot and told to take a seat...nobody came...I left. I stayed at The Ritz in Singapore on the way over and expected the same, unfortunately fell short.

Perfect location
Our 4th stay here, and it’s become our favourite hotel in london! It’s not modern, but it’s full of character and charm, and the location cannot be beaten, right by King’s Cross and Euston, so it’s easy to pop back and bag drop a couple times a day
