St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London

We stayed in the Barlow wing on New Years Eve. The whole experience from check in to check out the following morning was perfect. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and every member of staff was fantastic. We had booked a table at the booking office for News Years Eve, the food was excellent, staff attentive. I would definitely stay again.

A little maniac with bars restuarant and hotel full to the brim but no denying an amazing old building . worth going on a self guided tour to check out the historic sites. room very spacious clean and staff ass staff excellent . bit off putting walking pas kitchen through the bar and the resturant to get to the po but again got to accept thes old building cant be easy to reconfigue

I used the Spa (and had afternoon tea). I wouldn't recommend it. It was not a 5 star luxury experience at all. The facilities are ok, but the staff are obviously told to try and up/sell to you at every opportunity.

Great check in from Jaspreet - really great knowledge and engagement. Room was great for one night and the bars were both super lively. Loved hearing all of the stories based on time, really charming. Perfect spot for King’s Cross and easy access to into town. Will be back!

We came down to London for a Christmas Treat, seeing friends after a year apart. One of us wanted to have seeing the St Pancreas Hotel. We had booked the Booking Office but, after reading reviews about how unfriendly they are towards dogs, and a conversation with a very rude person on the phone about our booking. We decided to cancel the booking and eat somewhere else. However, one of our party was desperate to still visit and we manage to get seats in the lounge, which is in the entrance area. This was meant to end a great day out in London. However, the experience was ruined by the staff and service received which did not match the hype of this place. Even though the atmosphere and building is amazing, the service was rubbish. We were met with staff who were miserable, we had to keep asking for things, as they kept avoiding us. We had asked for water which we had to keep asking for. We had wine and no one poured it, or came back to top classes up. One of our party asked for a double Baileys. Which when came was obviously a single. When questioning the staff member did not know and said it definitely was a single. Felt cheated by this. We paid the service charge even though there really wasn’t good service. The lady when we came in to sit down was snooty and unwelcoming. Even though the space is amazing, I wouldn’t rush to come back.
