I wanted to share the FABULOUS experience we had at the St Pancras this past week. This hotel is beautiful and historic- and if you’re a fan of Harry Potter or the Spice Girls, you’ve already seen parts of the property in movies and videos. Our rooms were updated but in a style that was very consistent with the overall style and vibe of the historic aspects of the hotel. The staff was incredible, with a special mention for Filippo at the concierge desk. He was so friendly and helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations and advice. Every single staff member was friendly and professional, and truly embodied the hospitality we expected from a hotel of this caliber. The location was super convenient- literally adjacent to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. We were able to get all of the city via tube and outside the city via train from these stations, which were literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel front entrance. It’s also walking distance to Coal Drops Yards and other lovely dining options. There’s no Elite lounge, but we had a nice breakfast each day and the hotel had two fun little celebrations daily at 5:05 PM and 7:35 PM that involved a little bit of hotel history AND a free cocktail. Summary- our family of 5 really enjoyed our experience at the Autograph St Pancras and highly recommend the property to those planning visits to London!

We had a fantastic stay at The St Pancras Hotel and would highly recommend! Our train got in early morning so we went straight to the hotel to leave our bags which was easy and they let us know that if our room was ready earlier than check in time they would ring us. Which they did! When we later checked in our bags were brought to our room, excellent service. The room (522) was spacious and very nicely decorated. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a big walk in shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A tea and coffee station with a selection of tea bags, biscuits and a coffee machine. There were big towels, nice robes and a well stocked mini bar. I didn’t hear any noise the whole stay and slept really well. I loved having a radio in the room as well as a tv! Plugs next to the bed included USB and USB-C chargers and there were plenty of big mirrors and a large wardrobe with hangers. All in all could not fault and the Booking Office and Hanson Lounge Bar were both great for food and drink.

We loved St. Pancras London, Autograph Collection so much. At reception, Joshua was very friendly and professional, which was an amazing start. We were luckily allocated to room 175, a beautiful room with the iconic St. Pancras station and Euro Star train view. What a magical experience! The building was stunning with the grandeurs of the Victorian age. Note that you hear trains and station announcements in these station view rooms on the first floor of the Chambers Wing, but we didn't mind it at all. It added even more historic charms for us. We also had drinks at the Booking Office, which had a lovely vibe. If you stay here, don't forget to join "Punch Ritual" at 17:05 every evening. You will see a great punch cocktail making demonstration, and a glass of the cocktail will be served free of charge. Thank you so much for all the great experiences. We'll certainly be back!

Was really looking forward to this stay - we have been before and loved it. This time was different. We arrived early and was not expecting the room to be ready we just wanted to leave cases and go shopping. There was a room made available so off we went excited to see the grand suites…it was on the third floor but as soon as the door opened it was disappointing- very dark, the sofa in what felt like an entrance hall was covered in stains and the suite was spilt into three really odd spaces. I went to reception to ask for our cases to be put into what was our original. We were then offered another room and were taken there….this room was smaller and the minute the door opened the aroma of steak was overpowering (especially for vegetarians) we went back to reception and were then shown videos of another room - this was nice but something was missing - we had kind of lost interest at this point. Then we were shown a video of The Grand Staircase suite - we accepted this as just wanted a room and it was quite different. The room was lovely - architecture great but quite impractical- would not have been impressed if I had paid the price for it. The bathroom was awesome- massive and two sinks which we love, however the shower leaked all over the floor under the shower doors and soaked everything in its way - clothes, slippers, towels . We were given some chocolates and fruit as a welcome gift and what I thought was a gift of a little bottle of gin - however be warned - this was charged after we left at £50!!! A tiny bottle and we don’t even like gin but were planning on giving as a gift….staff are saying it was part of the minibar but the minibar is on the second floor and no price list for items….i am disgusted by this an have offered to return the bottle. The room was very clean but the other rooms just not used….and at the top of the three staircases was a random chair to sit on!!! Breakfast was lovely and included due to the Chambers area no longer being in existence. Overall probably will not return to a building that is one of my favourites in London….staff tried but the organisation seems to hinder them at every step. Make extras clear - guests will respect that The room
