Not our first time here. Great location modern hotel. We had an upgrade bid invite beforehand and won a Manhattan loft room and this was spectacular. Amazing modern feel with lots of space. We were sorry we were only staying one night. Love this hotel.

Similar to another person's recent review, we have also just been told our booking for 20 June has been cancelled due to a system error. We also made this booking nearly a year ago. We were offered a hotel many miles away, which was in no way convenient for us so have had no choice but to book a different hotel at further considerable expense. I sent an email over a week ago, asking for a reply, but have not received any any answer from their customer services or management team. This is very disappointing customer service from a prestige hotel and I still do not understand why, when the room was booked a year ago, it has not been honored.

Super friendly staff throughout, our group had three rooms and one was able to check in early so we could drop our bags and head to a work event. Recommend the pancakes for breakfast, delicious! Nice rain head shower in a well designed bathroom. Also nice and cosy lounge area to sit and have a drink in the evening. Right next to the Westfield for a bit of shopping too. Hope we can come back in the future.

The air conditioning didn’t work in my room so it was very hot and hard to sleep. The hotel is generally nice apart from this. However this is not the 1st time our group has experienced problems with air conditioning so the hotel needs to work this out.

Extremely comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, excellent dinners (the set menu is good value, but you do have to ask for the menu, which is not well publicised). Lovely outdoor terrace, which had a generous happy hour. Only complaint was the £50 per night deposit which was slow to be refunded.
