Westin club amazing on wed evening

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We were at the club! Super! And the host I can’t recall his name, starts with Adar something like it. He was great! Made us feel so special like never ever in any Marriott property! I would come back to London only for club by “gosh” I can’t recall his name, Adar something like it

Great hotel for business and leisure

Great hotel, location and service. Tony at the reception was very welcoming and resourceful. 2 restaurants. lounge, pool, gym, 2 saunas. A very consistent experience with other Westins around the world. I keep staying at Westin when I come to London.

Mothers Day Trip

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

My family stayed her for a Mothers Day trip to London. We loved our experience at this hotel. We were greeted with juice and hot towels by the staff during check in. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We will definitely stay at the Westin London City again.

Gorgeous, elegant hotel

Really comfortable hotel. The bed was a super king, room was immaculate and modern. Toothbrush and razor upon request. We walked to Covent Garden from here which was reasonably close. Staff on the reception were lovely with a special mention for Patricia who was extremely friendly and let me check in early. We also stored three pieces of luggage here following checkout which was all very efficient and easy. Would happily stay here again. Food was also good in the restaurant and the bar was lovely for drinks with a view of the Thames.

Great location and spacious property!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Another wonderful stay at a Marriott property! This Westin was so beautiful, comfortable, new, clean, and most importantly, SPACIOUS! I was upgraded (into a "family suite") but I heard from my colleagues that were not upgraded that their rooms were also extremely spacious. The housekeeping was lovely, the common areas were always impeccable. No noise from the streets that I could hear. The breakfast buffet was always stocked and had a variety of foods, fruits, cereals, juices, for all ages and cultures to enjoy. The staff at breakfast were very attentive and lovely. I had access to the Westin Club Lounge which was also lovely. They had a cold (continental) breakfast in the mornings - I always went to the main restaurant for breakfast, however. Throughout the day they had tea, coffee, juices, sodas, and some snacks like chips, raisins, chocolates. They do have a "happy hour" in the evenings beginning at 5pm that had wine/beer as well as dinner-type foods that were very good: pastas, rices, lentils, curries, salad varieties, etc....One of the M Club Lounge attendants in particular - Ardash? - was wonderful. He was always so polite and quick to serve or clean up our tables if we asked. Overall lovely experience and a great location if you do not want to be in the typical Kensington or Central London areas.
