Excellent clean, well-maintained and equipped hotel. Location is excellent and access to the private gardens opposite is a great asset. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds with fluffy pillows - probably the best we've ever experienced. Only quibble is that wardrobe hanging space was limited. The ES is a fine example of the benefits of a family-run hotel as against the usual corporate types out there, and we would certainly return to the Eccleston Square for any future trip to London. Highly recommended!

The room and the hotel staff were lovely. The coffee was limited to three capsules a day which seem a little mean and the breakfast didn't sound that appetising so we went elsewhere.

Loved everything about this hotel from location to staff who were so helpful. The furnishings are so appealing.

We had one "King" on ground floor and one "Queen" room on 3. floor. Nice and very friendly staff, always smiling. We loved the beds and the bathrooms. The rooms are small, but beautifully furnished. There was trouble with the aircondition, therefore 4 points out of 5.
