Kimpton Fitzroy London

Great stay in one of our favourite London hotels. Perfect location and plenty of amenities nearby. Hotel rooms have everything you could need and they can always provide extra if you’ve forgotten something. Couple of downsides to stay. Couldn’t use the bar or garden room due to private Christmas functions. I understand it’s busy this time of year but when you can’t use them as they are hired out you don’t get the full use of the hotel facilities. Also disappointed that the hotel didn’t recognise our IHG status (again) seems that this hotel doesn’t want to acknowledge this. Unknown why but you shouldn’t have to bring it up and should be obvious to the front of house staff when checking you in.

Staying at Kimpton Fitzroy London was such a safe, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable experience. This was our second time visiting London, and we chose to stay here again—and it was absolutely the right decision. The location is excellent and strategic: not overly crowded, but never too quiet either, so it feels balanced and convenient. Everything about the hotel continues to impress—the room, facilities, and interiors never disappoint. It’s stylish, well-maintained, and has that special atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. Simply put: love, love, love, love this hotel. We’ll definitely stay here every time we come back to London.

We had a memorable 2 night stay here. The hotel is in a great location, with 3 minutes walk to the tube station and 10 minutes to the British Museum. Our welcome was warm and friendly. The accommodation offers all you need to enhance your stay. We had a dinner, bed and breakfast package, which was great value and excellent! All the staff we encountered were amazing and couldn't do enough to make the stay special. To name a few, Chilita, Josh, Amber, Nico, Nassera and Jake (cocktail bar host). If you are looking for a luxury break then look no further than The Kimpton Fitzroy! Highly recommended.

My stay at the Kimpton Fitzroy was absolutely lovely. The hotel looks stunning with its Christmas décor — a perfect blend of warmth, history, and elegance. Everything from the cleanliness to the unbeatable location made my visit exceptional. I especially want to recognize one of the doormen and luggage attendants, Jack. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and even remembered my name. I had arrived a bit flustered after misplacing my prescription glasses, and to my delight, I later received a wonderful call letting me know that Jack and the hotel team had found them. I truly loved my stay at the Fitzroy and can’t recommend it highly enough.

A superb hotel! Third time this year I have stayed there and to get to the point, its a wonderful hotel. Location excellent, rooms excellent, clean, elegant, feel of luxury, charm and history all intertwined. Most impressive though is the friendliness and exceptional customer service skills of its staff. Reception staff, door conceige and food and beverage all excellent. Rooms serviced to a high quality. I will return
