Overall a great, modern hotel with fantastic staff.
Great hotel with fab facilities and the staff were all amazing. The welcome at the door was outstanding and then served at reception by the same person, all the way through to showing us the room. Lovely touch. All the team seem to be multi disciplined and very responsive.

Great stay!
Great stay at the Londoner! Beautiful hotel with nice rooms and great service. Had an event at the hotel. Staff were amazing. Thank you Tej, Clifford Anna and team for managing the event! Great location in the centre of Leicester Square. Facilities were amazing, especially the gym, pool and the guest lobby (The Residence). Great roof top bar. Highly recommended!

Not allowed breakfast despite booked with room
A lovely evening was spend at the hotel. Rooms and bed were good. Met very lovely staff throughout the evening Next morning SHAMBLES! Breakfast was included and served till 11am. We arrived at 10.20am to be told they have no space, they were a few tables I could see but the host says no and we are setting more tables. We could wait on the cafe tables during that time (some people were having breakfast there), so I said I was happy eating there. Nope we are setting tables, we had to wait. A group of 3 comes to the host and they are sat straight away. I go back and see the host and said we were there much before, why would they get a table? She said it was because she was not allowed to sit us in a 4 top!!! Not my problem! And further mentioned some equality nonsense as one person had a disability so she gave a table. At that stage it 10.50 and breakfast closing soon. Went to Costa for a coffee and croissant, sat back in the lobby to eat it and she comes to me asking if I wanted to order breakfast, it was fine by then! What a nonsense. So we didn't have coffee nor breakfast and dampened this experience. This is a 5star wer they have no space for all guests at breakfast. Situation was badly handled

Not that impressed.
The room despite being mid range was very small, although it was very clean. Plus at the Whitcombe we bought a bottle of champagne and were also charged an additional £18 for 4 olives a.d 6 almonds in a small bowl which we thought were complimentary. Daylight robbery.

A superb hotel
We were superbly looked after by Janneca on the front desk during our entire stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and made our stay that so much extra special! We had gotten married the day before we arrived and were instantly looked after and made to feel like their most important VIP! Another fantastic stay at The Londoner hotel and we look forward to our return in December!
